CRAZY HORSE

Somewhere down the line, it became the thing for the ladies to wear the flowering, bodacious hats ...much the same as opening day out here at Del Mar ...it's part of the ritual and elegance of the biggest single race in horse racing... The Kentucky Derby ...as CH calls THE DERBY ...anyway...the peops from all over are trying to analyze it...and there are at least 10, count 'em, 10 strong possibles... Orb has been the early pick and will go off as the fav...lots of late $ on Normandy ...hey, you have 20 legit chances...I still like Revolutionary and will get out to Sycuan a put a bundle on him... It's not often that a group can shoot a gross 59 and not get the top spot in a scramble T ...that was us...it was one that did not figure in handicaps ...the team behind us had a big ringer that belted his drives 300+ yards...young guy that was the real deal...nevertheless, we played great and it was as good as a score as we could have done... it was fun and a great time.....

It's now fire season I guess...as the wild fires are blazing  in the area...yup, it is north...and not that far from my son, up in Ventura County ...we have these Santa Ana Winds that trigger all the movement...stay tuned... With the arrest of 3 other students in Boston ...it makes me more irritated that we have such lenient laws to let in the students...more scrutiny is needed...I am not saying they are guilty, but there needs to be more stringent laws ...obviously, this has only scratched the surface... LiLo can pretty much do whatever she wants when it comes to her probation ...this time changing her 90 day stay..from NY to LA...cuz they won't allow smoking in the eastern place...indeed...
