And will face the Ohio St Buckeyes ...what?...yup, the SEC fell flat on it's over-hyped face...what I alluded to, prior to the Sugar Bowl...is 'Bama not what we think?...is that conference the analyst's dream?...and BAM!...most lost...let's be clear here...OSU dominated...and it could have been worse ...trouble in the red zone early in the fray... The last day of this year, 2014 ...and I bid it, adieu ...which brings me to this...how in the world is the word bye , spelled that way?...I'm sure as you went through your English classes you were bewildered by the spelling of many of the words we use....or by the many spellings of the same pronounced one... bye...buy...by ...it's not like the Hawaiian way...where you emphasize every letter in the word...makes more sense to me...oh well... Minashu...er, minutia ...see what I mean?...it is what I'm all about, I suppose... I see things, and I write about them ...I'm not deep...no way, no how...but I am perceptive...ha ha, it's all about me...me me me...and that's what today is... resolutions ...maybe you do this...make a list of things that you want to accomplish in the next year...and rarely, and I mean, rarely, get 'er done... There are some things that need to be changed that we have no control over...we just observe and do more hoping than anythin...

Yes, it's true...I'm not too keen on the trash that has hit the pixels...but there are some that tickle me in a good way...and are about to be unleashed...one is our fav, Downton Abbey ...if you haven't seen it yet...go back and start from the beginning... airs on PBS on Jan 4... The setting is in England...in the late teens and twenties of the past century... the cast of characters and the writing is absolutely splendid ...the entire new season will be sent to me about mid Jan...from Amazon... My other treasure is House of Cards ... Kevin Spacey as Prez ...from Netflix ...and begins soon...I'm not sure of the date...and it is also one, that you must start from the beginning...if you are not a regular follower...you'll thank me later, I promise... Whenever you have the inmates run the asylum, you have chaos...such is the case for the NBA's Cleveland Cavs ...sure, you know, King James' team...as he is underperforming ...and they brought in some aver...

Hey now, no complaints about my worst...and that's a good thing...I know some of you wanted the entire K Fam included, but I did so in a secretive manner...the top of the good chart is fairly narrow...not sure I can even come up with 10...ha ha... I'm going to leave out any politician...well, I would anyway...as there is such apathy to the whole process in this country...when you have only 36% of the peops voting...and before I get going, I am deeply saddened about another plane going down in Euroasia...something is way wrong there... Here's Horse's best... 1.  Marcus Mariota ...who led the UO Ducks to the final 4...and won most every possible award for "best of" this season in D-1 Football...a class act...and will also probably win the 1st pick in the NFL draft...Tampa Bay...if he chooses to go...not a certainty... 2.  AJ Preller ...who?...the new GM of the San Diego Padres...that's who...he has generated more excitement to this area than anyone I...

Why not start with the WORST? ...ah ha...Horse's version of the good, bad, and the ugly..of this past year...2014...well, not the good...I'll save that for tomorrow...I'm feeling very negative, so this will be easy...you may not agree with me...but, I'm doing the writing...and if you choose, you can rebut me...ha ha...this is a compilation of all sorts...and there are a whole gaggle of nominees...
