Is this news worthy? ...at least on the very elite Horse site?... a lawsuit , brought up in San Francisco (like, where else?) that Subway is 'misleading the public' by calling their sandwich, the TUNA SALAD one...when it has no TUNA in it...ah, what?...might this be a frivolous lawsuit?...is that what you call it?...I bring this up, as this is the PREMIERE sandwich that we go to Subway for...yup, on oat bread...to be healthy, of course...we, in fact, checked out what TUNA they used...they said skipjack or yellow fin TUNA ...you see, we are TUNA FISH connoisseurs...and since have found that the best, the VERY BEST , is the one at Costco...made for Costco...the Kirkland brand of ALBACORE solid white TUNA in water...I dunno kids, this smells like someone wants to make a name for themselves...just a guess... I think I have spent way too much time on this... But, before I go...that got me thinking about mock fish ...which I thought meant 'made out of chemical kitchens...

I have no answer to this .... but I have queries ...with a solid amount of black players in the NFL ...ah, the pro football league... the league has but a few black head coaches ... TWO! ...and only 4 of color. ..well, of anything other than white...hmmm, and NO black owners ...there are two people of color that own franchises.. .a South Korean, and a Pakistan-born American ...did I say that right?... 32 TEAMS! ...what does this mean?...anything?...can the commish Roger Goodell do anything to affect this? The league has a way, of firing coaches willy nilly ...after losing seasons...and by the league, I mean the fat cats that own the franchises ...what was it this past year, 6?...nope, 7 ...and how many have rehired already?...all of 'em... and how many black coaches have replaced them? ... NONE! ...there are a number of assistant coaches that are black...many have been said to be 'highly qualified' by their own head coaches... yea, the white ones ... It wasn't that l...

The NBA had it's feelers up on the matchup last eve, between the two top teams in their respective divisions... the Philly 76ers of the east , and the LaLa Lakers of the west ... decided by a 76er jumper with 2 seconds to go...as, the Lakers (unbelievably) had no time outs saved up...and couldn't counter from 90 feet, or whatever that distance is now...watching this game, via the pixels, you have NO IDEA as to the size of these dudes who are playing ...if you are 6'3'', you are tiny... Most refs, yes, them blind blokes ...in the league are that size...er, height ...so, they look like, well, you know...intimidated?...perhaps, some of them...well, they sure look much smaller... where am I going with this? ...I will give them an out...as the space taken up by these humongous dudes who play the game... sometimes the only correct call, is the one that is on tape ...can't see around these big bodies...on the tele, 100 feet away, it seems easier...right on the floor...

We are not perfect ...far from it... we all make mistakes...some fewer than others...right?...some much more. ..but, I am gonna talk a wee bit about Prez Biden and his staff writer (s) ... first , when the Prez wings it, the points he makes, he starts with the numbers and ends with the alphabet...1, 2, and then c ...or, the opposite a, b, then 3 ...it's a little thing, but c'mon...annoying, but we know what he is getting at...at least HE IS UP THERE! ... 2nd of all ...the House took the IMPEACHMENT PAPERS to the Senate Floor...the stage is set for the trial, to commence February 8 ...the amount of direction that trump had with the Capitol Caper, is the deciding factor...well, and if the Republican Senators will actually listen to the evidence...judge on facts, rather than party lines...I am intrigued...think that donny will watch the precedings?...(why is Google underlining that word, did I do a wrong spelling?)... And c ... Mitch has surrendered the idear of a filibuster ......

Sunday, had it's moments of a normal SoCal winter ... showers, then sun, wind, then sun ...and abnormal cold temps...as we searched the web net to find appointments for the Covid vaccine ... we qualify, but so do lots of other San Diegans ...and how many doses do 'they' have?...got on a waiting list...to be called out of Chula Vista...the one closest to us, Petco Park , was slammed...for a goodly portion of the am, I kept trying to get an appointment there...reloading the page...you know, that stuff...finally, we got one...as did Marsh...but, after entering all your info in, the site said 'ERROR' ...try again... Around 11 am, there was a whole gaggle of appts that appeared...after about 6 tries I GOT ONE ...at 2:15...Sunday... as did Marsh , at 12:30...just an hour and half to get ready and get there...so we showered and got moving...not knowing what was ahead of us... well, we found out in a hurry...more people in their cars, just like us. ...you see, this is a st...

You have to give credit where credit is due ...the reason that much of what we see, on TV...the pixels...is because of the commercials that businesses run ...yup, most are annoying as heck ...and are grouped amongst the show that is on...like try, the national news, count how man y health aide ads are run during this time slot. ..an indication, that the audience that is watching, are mostly older folk...the youngins not only don't watch, but don't read the newspaper, either...it's a truth...get their info, from the web net, I reckon... hey, maybe from me, the Horse ... I digress... As we play our way to the super bowl , it is also the time for the super ads ... commercials that many people watch, perhaps, more than the game itself ...rank 'em, and talk about the next day...at work, at school, or at the local pub...did I leave anyplace out?...church, the gym, on Zoom?...anyhoo, you get me drift... there is one running now, that is absolutely fab ... the elder gentl...
