The beauty of an athlete in the zone...make that THE ZONE! ... PDX's Damien Lillard was in his last eve...scored 50 points in 3 quarters ...and was hitting shots from virtually EVERYWHERE!... 3 balls, mid rangers, and dazzling drive in layups ...as the Kings were throwing whatever they could at him...listen, kids, this was in Sac Town, too...even more amazing...yes, the Blazers won...easily... The opening ceremonies of the Winter Olympics ...you watch?...I just turned it on at the right time...to see the K...

Now THIS is a special day, that the Horse can get into...of all the foods, that just can't be good for you...but, most of us crave...it's PIZZA ...the base of it, that floury crust...has it's preferences depending on where you live... the New York, the Chicago, the floppy, and the latest rage, the rectangular little flatbreads... Morning, ya'll...the hot topic for right now...more so than the Sooper Bowl...is our money in the Stock Market! ...yours, ours, and everyone's...right?...what is going on?... the horrific hit of 1175 or so points to the DOW , yesterday...an indicator of them all...the last 4 days have been screamers...and not in a good way... our guy, JJ, said to relax ...the market is reacting to the potential rise in interest rates, amongst other fears... 2017 was a banner year for the stocks...of course, Prez T, took the kudos for it ...hmmm, was he taking it for the past 4 days, too? ...I digress...I wish I could intelligently talk about the situation...but, I am guessing like the rest of the blokes and blokettes out there...and leave the thinking to those in the biz...and let's hope that there are no more of them Madoffs pilfering our cash...BTW, as I am writing, there is a rebound happening ...the DOW is up 332...geez, I have no clue... Soaring above the NFL clouds right now! ...it was the last 5 minutes of clutch play by... Philly this time...I thought that TT had made the game winning drive just prior to it...in yet another Brady moment ...however, there were others this time...congrats to the new champs, the Philadelphia Eagles! Alas, the day is upon us...the culmination of yet another elongated NFL season ...with the perennial participants, the New England Patriots ...and this year's Washington Generals, the Philadelphia Eagles ...as we set up our 10 by 10 brackets...draw them numbers and hope, beyond hope, that a score lands on ours... I mean, that's why we like this game, right?...
