Well...talk about a messed up kid... LiLo has a huge need for help...if you have been following the latest stuff...and how can you not...she challenges the judicial system daily...and she will not win...she needs to get into a serious rehab...it's like her life is out of control...and on the airwaves daily...I don't like writing about this...get her some help...not the jail stuff...OK, I'm off it... What a tremendous race in the MLB west ... SF going into Colorado and winning...huge for them...the Pads coming back to beat the Reds ...albeit rescuing a game from a turrible game by Adrian Gonzalez ...he had 3 errors , but the friendly scorekeep only gave him one...anyway, a stud in Miguel Tejada ... big hit to get the rbi's to put the Pads over the top... Dang, we are hosting a dinner, or....I would be going over to the SDS game...I'll get the next one...anyhoo, here goes...my pix on the tv games... Air Force over Wyoming... Texas over UCLA... Arkansas...

Just the right time to start a home stand...it appears...I say appears...that it's between the Giants and us ...the Rockies , inexplicably, go south and fade...didn't see that coming...last night, it sure seemed that Latos got the squeeze at the plate...oh well, you gots to score more than one to win...anyway, it's the Redlegs ...oops, the Reds coming to town to get their tails handed to them....why the switch in names I wonder...is that Kooz in this pix?  oops...back to the race... What needed to happen, did...the Pads won...the Giants , Rockies , and Braves lost...and the Pads moved back into first...maybe, just maybe, the city will get excited... Here's the deal...there are 11 games left ...two ways to advance... win the west or win the wild card ...all the 4 I mentioned above are in the scenario... And...I don't think any team has the advantage...they each have their strengths and weaknesses...so, I'm pulling for the home boys, of course...I got tix and I believe...if you go back to the beginning of the season, I said that the Pads were getting to the playoffs...put up or shut up time... Well, I can't believe the Bolts did not move Vincent Jackson ...not real sure why...he does not want to play here...let's just see...I got a new feeling that he'll sign with the Chargers and play in the 7th game... The Beavers and the Broncos ...prohibitive underdogs...isn't this wrong?  Don't the Beavs have a legit shot at winning...

It's the season here...the season for the PLAYOFFS ! Here's the scenario , if you get there, you do it by winning...and the Pads have a great chance...3 in LA , then home against Cincy and the Cubs , finish it off in SF ...if the Padres play in the post season, they must win 80 % of these games... you do the math ... DWTS ...the good ... Brandy, Rick, Jennifer ...the bad ... Bristol, Michael, Margaret ...the ugly ... the Situation....and Len... Speaking of ugly ...my fantasy football team ...my subs are scoring the same as my starters...easily the worst in the league...these are Pros! Did you watch the Monday nighter ?  Just saw the end of it...the Saints were very fortunate...kind of the way the league is going to be all season...by the way, Vincent Jackson , will be traded by Wednesday... Ruth's Chris has the best steaks anywhere! OK...the collegiate lines early... Beavs and 16 1/2 at BSU...isn't that a bunch?  Ducks   11 at ASU...seems too many... Alabam...

You think you can figure out...or bet on..the NFL ?...think again...take the Colts ... awful in week 1...look like the best in week 2 against the Eli thudding Giants ....the Seahawks rolling early and then, bombing yesterday...the Cowboys look miserable ...the Jets beating the Pats ...on and on...the Bolts had their way with the Jax squad...don't get me wrong here... SD is real good... real good ... The crazy west ...the Pads back to being inept ...one of my problems with last year's 3b was his lack of hitting with guys on (Kooz)... Headley is even worse (0-12)...a real problem...not the only area of concern...the starting pitching be going south ...now, off to LA ...the Giants are in Chi-town for the Cubs ...the Rockies just got bopped by the Dodgers ... just win, baby ... Hey you Giant fans...the Pads went back into first...a 4 run ninth keyed the uprising... Native talk ...and Heath Bell closed it up...and... SF loses it's second straight to the Brew Crew ...at home...and it was Lincecum ...BUT...the danged Rockies keep rolling along...makes for a crazy finish...I finally picked up playoff tix ...the 2nd game...?!... Chris Young went yesterday, for the 1st time since...get this...the 2nd day of the season...hallelujah... shhhhhh ... My early season take on the collegiates: SDS ...hey, I told you, they are better...and are in a transitional phase...lost in the last minute to Missouri...take them points... Oregon ...for real...PSU, really?  But their big win at Tennessee, plus... Alabama ...the team to beat....scary good... Ohio St ....the Big Ten best...in the top 4 anywhere... Boise St and Oregon St ....whoever comes out of this next week is it...tag, you're it... Texas ...down... Oklahoma ...way down...barely beat Air Force... ...
