School's out for summer! ... no better cry for the kids... and the teachers ...time to take a breath...rejuvenate...perhaps, go to summer school...listen, it is important for the school buildings to do so, too...fix, repair, redo, repaint, add on... ah, get bullet proof everything ...prepare...for the next year...there are some terrific songs in the past that kind of get us going...ease us into summer...no better and no funnier than... 'Hello Muddah, Hello Fadduh' ... by Allan Sherman...1963 ...about a kid trapped in a summer camp...absolutely hilarious and spot on...during these summer days... 'Camp Granada' ...find it, listen to it, and laugh like crazy about it...go to YouTube... yup, a controversy came up as to the spellings of Muddah and Fadduh...some say Mudduh and Faddah...who know... Reminds me of...when my dad ( Father's Day tomorrow ) was working for Chemawa Indian School , outside of Salem, Oregon...one of his duties, was to go south during the summer...

I probably would start with the 'Not Hot', but I want to start us up with happy ...as the Golden State Warriors won their 4th crown in the past 8 years last nite ...all day long I listened to the pundits say how the Celtics would win this game 6, by a double digit score...well, many did... as the Draymond Green led D, tied up the Boston team...and the Steph Curry led O, burned the nets ...in a very convincing climax to their crown...listen, kids, they still play the game the right way...albeit adding the 3 ball...part of their arsenal...the missing link the past 2 seasons, was the return of Klay Thompson...and in the interim, the maturity of the youngins... a team win, for sure...congrats... The 'Not so Hot' ... the deplorable actions of trump ...in his quest to remain in office...after he was defeated at the polls...the Coup Committee laid out his plan of attack...down to the last minute... as he was doing all he could to get his very own VP Pence to change the Constit...

Morning, kids...day 3 of the results of the Coup Committee ... focusing on the drama of trump turning on VP Pence ...and, perhaps, the bizarre behavior of Ginni Thomas, wife of SCOTUS member Clarence Thomas...which brings me back to my soapbox..that all potential SCOTUS members, should be voted on by the public...I digress...thing is, this whole set of episodes exposes us to the rest of the World, as not the perfectly run country, as some assumed...far from it... Too early...way 2 early ...all this talk about who is gonna run for Prez in the next election...the candy peops will emerge later on...closer to...it's our resolve to focus on the matters at hand...what we can do to help out...man, that sure sounded generic, didn't it?... BUT, let's all think younger for our candidates, will YOU please?...us elders should be playing golf, and not running a country...or bowling...playing cards...knitting...bingo...at the slot machines...other, more important stuff...reading... The fact of the matter is...if truth be told...honestly...so, what I normally tell ya, is not the actual fact or facts...yes, it is the precursor to whatever is on your mind...but it still bugs me...so, right from the get go, I will speaketh with no forked tongue... Nothing like getting a Father's Day present, early ...Boss sent me a package of Omaha Steaks (and more) from, ah, their site in Omaha, Nebraska.. .arrived in a cooler, that was cooled by a cooling thang, that kept the contents frozen ...perishable, it said...and way cool...we never have had these prior...so, a newbie for us... tonight we test the filets...love surprises and this was one...the reports will be given, er, the analysis, wait, the REVIEW , that's it... I don't know why this intrigued moi...but there was this article on the songs that John Lennon and Paul McCartney wrote or sung together ...that he hated...them are the Beatles, you heathens... he being John ...the list was kind of telling...most were the ones that Paul was famous for...a bit of jealousy, perhaps?... 'Yesterday' ...c'mon...and 'Twist and Shout' , one of my favs...but there was true trash in many...that they must have done for either fillers or cash...ha ha... It was a good da...

The impetus of the Coup Committee, is to bring everyone to know...that trump was behind it...which is probably the most understated foundation of it all...why else would these people stage the uprising?...the final straw in his overthrowing of the Constitution...who else would gain from it?...not a group...nope...one bloke... Which has been his mantra all along...so, in Day 2 of the Committee's findings...the agenda may include more damning information on that line...as all will go back to those days...those hours...that he orchestrated his very own salvation... A reminder...that I have said he would and will...turn on anyone who he thinks has wronged him...anyone...the latest?...his very own daughter...who does that?...trump...his personal DA, Barr, next...now he is weak...sure...the list will linger on... Alas, viewing my upcoming week's calendar...something popped out so vividly...nothing extraordinaire on it! ...ah, other than getting our kitchen back for use, perhaps, by Monday eve...3 days of golf...flag day on Tuesday...seems like a good one on the horizon...there are so many things, we take for granted...normalcy is one...including a week of 70 degree temp...kinda normal...I suppose this is why we moved down here...nuttin' too high, nuttin' too low... Well, petrol prices are high...the worst?...LA ...as we had to fill up during the trip...at least a buck and half higher than anywhere...low gas prices?...any other state than Cali...BTW, Sammi is back to being 'normal'...man, I do not talk dawg... You see the price tag on the winner of the 54 hole event on the Norman Tour? ...over $4 million clams...a past winner of the Masters, and a long lost competitive golfer in the PGA Tour, Charl Schwartzel...that would be like winning the lottery for you or I...well, I...g...
