A 6 hour Cosmo ride...derailed by the ugly LA 405 traffic...yesterday...culminated by 2 horrific bridge crossings....the guided part by Boss...TG, she can do that... Did you see Prez B speech last eve?...even FOX said it was best one...ever...we were still on the road...or in the pool, recovering....the, trying to get TV...a major problem on the road... There was peace and quiet...lots of it...as we meandered up and over to Big Sur...needed some driving help from Boss Lady, as I am a pansy at heights...it’s true, the Horse has his faults...the destination was not what we imagined....we were shut off from the world, as we chose to camp there...on a river...yup, had a fire...the problem?...did not inform our son...he was thinking the worst, as we had no communication with him...stupid on our part...and my, was it dark... Did have a bodacious lunch at Pfeiffers...Boss had an oriental salad and I had the best beef brisket, I ever have eaten...the best, Jerry, the best...however, do not see the allure of Big Sur...not our bag...we got outta there, early...and realized Cris did an APB on us...man, feel so guilty....anyhoo, we just got back to Pismo Beach...more our style... Saw the news.  Catching up....see that Gym Jordan can’t get the votes for the speaker...good, he’s a piece...not sure who will get that...not that foo... I am findin...

The trip continues...now we are in Monterey...these Cali coastal towns are gorgeous...must say, they do have similarities...awesome bays...numerous sea craft docked...funky seafood restaurants...all sporting world famous, er, ‘the best’, 5 star, winner...clam chowder...it’s true...we are lucky to have the size of Cosmo to park...anywhere... You may wonder...we do get 15.5 mpg...it’s a Ram...not diesel...regular petrol...2 beds...potty and shower...fridge, 2 burner cooktop, stove and microwave....AC...television...sound system...solar system on the roof...micro antenna...perfect or two...and the numbers of these rigs...have multiplied on the road, exponentially...class B’s...you can spend as much as you want, to upgrade...many have... This is our 5th site...and, well, at a fairgrounds....we are DIRECTLY in the flight path...oh my...thing is, there are very few RV places in this city...not only that, but bordering a golf course...hmmm, we are gonna travel today, so... Prez B is to be in ...

Probably the most important component of the Cosmo excursion...is what you might not think...WATER...agua...we use the bottled type...just to be safe...to drink...and for the morning necessity.....coffee...for some reason, we drink a lot of it...while on the road... One more year...I want to thank you all for the birthday wishes...so kind of you...gonna tell you that the past year went too fast...at the same time, sort of...the same age...the passing of Susanne Somers...man...’it’s just a number’ some say...yes, a big one though... Enough of that, Horse... Not a dog in the Browns win over the 49ers...but, some mystifying pass interference calls that paved the way...there is a lot of $ bet on these...yes, I AM implying shenanigans... The NY Post is reporting that Hamas will release the 199 hostages if Israel quits bombing the Gaza...not too sure about their paper...it is way right... The road does have it’s ups and downs...traffic, misguided steps, near bumps, and then...we arrive at the RV park...have stayed in 4 thus far...and Pismo is the great one...easily standing above the others...big sites...terrific rest rooms...full hookups...cable tv...a HEATED pool...a market...and a bodacious restaurant...had a prime rib dinner for $22...you read that right...and today, we bike into the pier...they have this cinnamon roll place, that is simply...divine... The road...not so good for the Ducks...as Vegas was spot on...I only saw 2 minutes of the game...but, my El Cajon buddy, Gary...filled me in...dumb decisions on not using the FG...and USC got clobbered by Notre Dame...on the road...I did watch this one...gonna be hard for any PAC whatever to be unbeaten...Washington?...the Beavs got a great W, at home, over UCLA...
