The ability of the Bum's prize player, Shohei Ohtani, has caused quite the stir in this neighborhood...well, all of LaLa Land...he didn't do it, playing for the Anaheim Angels...but, oh my, he has blossomed, moving to the other side of the city...50/50...and, his latest tater, er home run, was garnered by a fan...who wouldn't give it up...took the ball home...no negotiation...sure, he will wait for the right price...a million?...probably more...I call it 'The Tater Prize'... As I have said much too often...if there is a will, there is a way...to kill...and as you all know, the Horse goes off on the assault rifle...this time, there is a new...well, old way...that has been used in the Middle East...the pager...say what?...this device...that has gone by the wayside...so I thought...was used by the Hezbollah...to communicate, I reckon.... Why, instead of the cell phone?...further thinking...who made these?...man, can you still get them?...apparently yes...how quickly the news media found that they were manufactured in Taiwan...by a Hungarian company....which has to do with?...I dunno... So here we go...they were set off, and I guess, detonated by some sensor...imagine...at this early point, 12 dead and thousands injured...a lot of people had these pagers...hmmm...so, the burning Q, is who was the point man?...who triggered them?... This will be a brief post, my good friends...but, the news of the day, in most ALL of my sources...as to do with a possible ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT on trump, yet again...this time at his golf course, in Mara-Lago...the underlying message for us all...is that the weapon to be used, was, or is, the assault rifle...we, Congress, just don't get it...turn the other cheek...take the NRA cash, and blame everything but the weapon... It's too easy to get them...to easy to use them...and those who choose to kill people with them, find ways to attempt to do just that...too often, successfully...how unconditionally SAD!...'our thoughts and prayers go out'...how hollow can this be?... It's time for all Congressionals to look in the mirror and realize, that they could be next...too many Americans die by this...and it's too easy to BEGIN the solution process...do the right thing... No, not the cats or dogs...sorry donny, you are off base yet again...but, when Boss asked what I wanted for dinner 'Steak or Chicken?'...my reply was if the Ducks win, it is steak...if they lose, it shall be chicken...let's get into this...with the diet that we have...Boss has the agenda for setting up the meal...she does all the prep work, I only cook the meat...it has worked...thus, this Saturday nite meal, was all predicated by what the outcome of the Oregon Duck and Oregon St Beaver game was...we had steak!... A very strong 2nd half, propelled UO to a very convincing 49-14 win...yup, I did not see this happening....the Ducks have improved greatly, and moved the ball, with precision...that which they did not do, the 1st 2 games...must believe, that Boise St is better than we all gave them credit for...the green takes a week off, and then...play in LA vs the Bruins...
