Let's give the air time to clean itself out a bit , don't you think?...and go another direction...the college hoops are in the midst of a great season of possible...champions...not sure I can recall one that there are so many choices...teams that have a chance at glory... there is not ONE university that most pundits and well, people, think that has a near shu in for the title... However, there is a phenomena that is very catchy going on...one school has both the gents and gals at or near the top of the polls for the nation... Baylor University ... in Waco, Texas ...really...the new HOOPS MECCA? ...can think back a few years, when UConn had that, too...but, it's been a while for the honor...I guess that is what you would call it...all the way up in Spokane, Washington...there is a U that would argue their spot may be the Mecca... Gonzaga ...as the guys are number 1 or 2, depending on the week...and their gals have only lost once...hmmm....or, in Eugene, Oregon ...where...

For those of you who did, indeed watch the Senate Show, er Trial ...you are either in one of two camps...the Democrats or Trumps...it was something of unnerving demonstrations of what this government is all about...to call it a trial is simply wrong...it is, or was, more of a battle of the 2 parties in the American system...the idea of not allowing witnesses is totally absurd!...and yet, that was what this whole week was all about... a common sense agenda that will fail in the Senate.. . For those of you who didn't watch ...probably 75% or higher of the Nation's people...you have already made up your mind as to what this was all about...you are either totally frustrated, or the 180* opposite, it makes no difference... you believe in this guy, and the whole Show is a waste of time...which is EXACTLY what the Trump defense was ...and the majority of the Senate Republicans bought right into it...or were bought right into it...or bullied...I don't know... There has never ...

How about starting your very own Throwback Thursday with a vinyl from the past... Willie Nelson's 'Stardust' ...hmmm, I guess that would make it 'our very own' morning...and, not so much 'very own' ...right?...the record was released in '78...it be as smooth as they come...mellow?...this is one for your collection, that is, if you have one...AND, if not, it's time for you to start one ...trust the Horse... it slows your world down ...ha ha, especially this disc... 'Even if he did it, it is not impeachable...' ...that is the defense of the Trump camp ...I am lost when it comes to this Show, er Trial... an absolute mockery is being made of any real judicial system...how can this be?...the laws of the land, don't apply to the 'trial' of our most important political position in the USA...the presidency...makes me cringe as we all watch our government work as it shall...however, I am not sure how many of the Americans are watc...

Mitch McConnell , the majority leader of the Senate ...is apparently at wits end ...try as he may, to form the blockade of Republicans to insure that HIS boss, Trump, will not have to withstand WITNESSES in the Senate Show, er Trial...he has failed to get enough of his followers to do just that...follow him... LACKING VOTES? ...so he has said...might this be a ploy...crying out for unity?...just in case... In the mean time...and I do mean MEAN ... the Trump team has worked up their strategy to slander the guy in question ... THE witness, that they DO NOT want questioned...by, anyone... John Bolton ...expect the fury of disclaimers to bombard the Tweet site...soon, if not already...and on the pixels and everywhere they can... The Show, er Trial , is moving into the question and answer phase ...for a couple of days...then, the vote on whether or not...to have witnesses is to be Friday ...if the plan is followed...what say you?...yup, I dunno...all any of us can do...is WATCH o...

The one thing that I can say about the Senate Show, er Trial, is that redundancy reigns supreme ...both sides....how many ways can one say the same thing?...or, the cast of 'lawyers' repeating their case over and over and over...same with the House of Rep Monitors...guess it has to be filling in the time slot they were given, in the original rules of the Show, er Trial... The revelation of John Bolton throws a big wrench in the defense...maybe...of course, that leads to the real first topic... are there going to be witnesses or not? ...takes at least 4 of the Repubs to bolt from the pack...to vote that more needs to be heard...you KNOW that there is big pressure from the White House to squash any notion of this...they even had one of their Senators warn of changing from the blockade...that those who do, will pay the price ...good lord... political repercussions ...it is termed... Should be an interesting day at the Show ...the defense will rest... the Senators will mul...

Stunned and then saddened ...as the word came out that KOBE BRYANT had died ...the earliest flashes were sketchy...so quickly were on the web net... helicopter crash ...then, it got worse... his daughter also, perished ...as did 3 'others'...fears were it was his entire family...then, the sheriff's spokesman, said it there were 9 on board ...all gone...no survivors ...I had tears in my eyes, as I do right now...writing about it...such a tragedy ... listen all, hug your family tightly ... I will not do any elaboration to this...there are no better words of sorrow that can befit such an occurrence...other than... may they all  ... Rest In Peace ... OK, the blog continues... The Farmers was a donny brook...as the Aussie came out of the pack and hung on for the W over the Spaniard, Jon Rahm... Marc Leishman ... his putting was brilliant ...and deserved the victory...have I told you that Torrey is long?...ha ha... Up in the PNW , the Lady Ducks completed the swee...

Morning, kids...the Horse is up BEFORE the sunrise ...which will happen, by the way...we are in the midst of a 70's week , so the weather people tell us...ya'll can see the product if you watch the Farmer's out at Torrey today...the final round of the tourney... Tiger made a move yesterday and then stabilized... 5 shots back of the youngin' Jon Rahm ...this course is ridiculously looooong... 7600 yards. ..so the long bombers have a huge advantage...and the youth, too...well, younger than Tiger...there are a gaggle of guys that are close...it will be fun viewing, for sure...and the sunshine and the fog of the coast...and the shots of the coastline...CBS has it... Over on the other coast, the 'right' one ...the Trump lawyers began their case in the Senate Show ...their boast was that 'he didn't do anything wrong' ...there you go, case closed ...however, at the same time...the leak, ha ha...no longer a leak...the unraveling of a taped con...
