It is this...' having an ample amount of time, space, or resources to execute a goal, complete a project, or recover from an error' ...in essence, there is an ample amount of time, before this Strait shutdown...that the cash flow ceases, and OR, it achieves profitability...yes...it was a term used to do what this administration does best...fog up any issue...coverup...whatever they can...confuse the American public... Hmmm, is that why the petrol prices continue to rise?...so, who does this 'runway' ...
