There were many protest songs for the dreaded Vietnam War...written, and sung by some very courageous singers and groups ...which I have highlighted over the years of me blog entries...none more so, than by CSNY... Crosby Stills Nash and Young ... David Crosby (deceased), Stephen Stills, Graham Nash, and Neil Young ...it was an era, that the kids...the young people KNEW...that the War was wrong... at the mercy of the then LBJ/Nixon 'leadership' ...too many lives lost for this ' domino theory ' debacle... A sad commentary on leaders of countries, talking the walk, but not walking the walk ...using pawns for their own benefit...in our case 'Serve Your Country' ... you KNOW it's bad, when the leaders resort to a DRAFT of young men...to serve as their NEW pawns. ..so sad...and get this...Whiskey Pete (The Secretary of WAR!) is saying he needs more pawns...what century are we in?...in the now, trump regime... Perhaps, fortunately, after the November mid term elec...

"All my rich friends are going to pay for it" ...the trump ballroom ...wait, didn't he say that the USA/Mexico wall was going to be paid for by Mexico?...just more BS...that maga buys...this ballroom...he had it at $300 million continued to climb... now, he is asking his republican pawns to get him $1 BILLION DOLLARS for it...from you and I...the taxpayer. ..what happened to his 'rich friends?' ...another trump moniker, he thinks...hmmm, has an airport that has his name on it...the list is growing...as is his girth...listen buster, there is this trump WAR that you should be spending the money on...not your self gratifying ballroom... by this pix, it actually started at $200,000,000 for the estimate... The results from the highly anticipated Indiana and Ohio elections last evening ...were that trump is still in control of those states...alarming?...you betcha...but, kids...these are deep deep red states...those republicans who had the nerve to go against him.....

Whatever it takes to share a bubbly, right?...the 5th of May... CINCO DE MAYO . .. let's take a break from the Middle East ...and discuss this pseudo holiday...get this, it is celebrated more in the States, than in Mexico...the significance?... this date represents Mexico's VICTORY over France ...on this date in 1862!...France?... the Battle in Puebla ...it was the time that the Euros tried to take over the 'new land' that was out there...some think that this is the day of Mexico's Independence Day...not. ..still, somehow we take it in...as a celebratory day...OK, then...I dig it...nachos...tamales... tacos ...fajitas...and of course, some margaritas, Pacifico, Corona, and Dos XX...' I don't often drink beer, but when I do...' ...hey, one of my golfing blokes, WON'T drink a Mexican beer...his loss... Some eye opening voting states today... Ohio and Indiana for two ...one guy who I despise, Hootenanny , is up for a spot...hate this dude...hate?...ye...

The Horse awakened late...so, this will be a quickie...sorry, kids...early tee time... The Strait of Hormuz ...the word out, is that the US is going to 'guide' the oil tankers through it...if that isn't a pure opening of the WAR, then I don't know what is...they fire, we return the fire...and there you go...so much for the Iranian 14 point plan ...if all this is true...30 days?...LOL... Rudy Guliani is in the hospital in critical condition...so the rumor is...he didn't look so good, the last pix I saw of him... trump was at the closing of the 'Blue Monster' T...behind a shield, of course...as the 3rd round leader, cruised... Cam Young to a 6 shot win over...you guessed it, Scottie ...who was 2nd yet again...down in Mexico, Nelly Korda won her 2nd tour win in a row...she is on fire, kids...BTW, trump didn't look too good either...washed out... The Friars finally got a W...and made the Sunday seem a lot brighter...but, dang, the Bums won, too... Iran i...

What WE don't know...the rumor out is...that Iran has proposed a 14 point 'PEACE' plan to trump ...which is said, 'he is studying it'...right...his pawns are going through it...not too sure the old boy can read and comprehend...as is often mentioned...he has others do the dirty work and they give him the summary...a crib sheet, if YOU will...then, a decision is made...the talking point... According to Al Jazeera ,  there is a 30 Day plan...to end this war ...trump's WAR...drawn up by Iran and in the hands of the trump regime...all the while, the 60 day moratorium on an unsanctioned WAR by Congress is over...now, the poopah, has to get that part of the government to buy in...you all know this by now... Alas, the numbers of the public...are decimating to the soul of trump...he now has the lowest EVER support of the American People of all time ... all time ...since these types of polls were used... this one by ABC/Ipses ...another 'not too sure' moment...I ...

These unsettling times, living through the trump regime ...as he baffles reality...and uses this fine American Military...for his personal gains...his very own notoriety. .. he so wants his moniker everywhere...his mug on buildings...his name, there, too...wants it on mountains...on paper money...on passports...on an arch...on a grand ballroom...on lakes...on Straits...wherever...anywhere... The 60 day unsanctioned trump WAR ... he is trying to get the days elongated, as he is claiming that there was no WAR during the 'ceasefire'. ..oh my...must mean...that he is not confident that Congress will OK any continuance...so today, he said that 'the hostilities are over'...sure... How's your petrol price ? ...it is a joke...believe me, kids...having traveled up and down the west coast of Cali...we saw HUGE numbers...depending on the station...lord... Hostilities?. ..my guess is that he will start another...without any Congressional vote...in his less than 60 day mode... ...
