One of the suggestions that my Doc had for me...well, it was more of a 'do it' type of thing...was to get my eyes checked out ...part of the annual checkup...that can look into your eyes for maladies ... the technology has changed so much , as witnessed by us yesterday...as we followed 'her' orders...the machines take a picture of your entire eyeballs...what is there, and what shouldn't be...ah, you know...as we all age, well, we all age...so far, the Horse is fine....but, do have to get some stronger lenses ...I think it's worth the time and the money to see what's what...if you have been balking at this, don't... Prez B is asking for all states to have the Covid Vaccine available to ALL AMERICANS by May the 1st ...this is a good thing...gosh, I wonder if the protection in the one stop J&J is as effective as t he 2 timer, Moderna and Pfizer? ...does sound like the one used over the pond, the AztraSeneca (sp?) might have some problems with...

You recall this very true 'Throwback?' ...as our then Prez Bush , had to duck a shoe, thrown at him?... Kind of odd to be able to look back at what was...on this Throwback Thursday ...in my archives of pix on my Mac...I was hesitant, but I did jump into the Big Sur. ..ah, the newest upgrade of Apple to it's computers ...took about an hour + 20 minutes...believe that all synced up to what I already had in the previous operating system...probably should take the tutorial, to see what has changed...if I only could take the time out of my very busy schedule...to do so... Do you know who Miles Leonard is?... a pro hoopster, presently with the Miami Heat ...was a Blazer prior...anyway, he has made the news, not for his basketball prowess, but for his mouth...playing some video game or the like...and made an audible derogatory  remark about the Jewish people ....bad slang term...it blew up...he is suspended...much like when the pro golfer Justin Thomas , used a word for a gay...

Sometimes, it comes across my unending search for a truth ...this did...as we were watching a number of music videos on YouTube ...drinking a bubbly and chillin'...this one... an unmistakable message carrier ...that just stopped us in motion... we gandered...we sang along...we deciphered the lyrics...we hummed the melody...then, we cried... You might think we were crazy ....but, I thought back to when we saw the group, Brooks and Dunn (with Reba) in Vegas ...we were with friends, who were not country bumpkins like us....I will not names, as I have not asked them about writing this up...and they were hesitant about going to the concert...and, as this song was being sung, I looked over and they, too, were crying ...it has that type of an impact... In these times of questioning everything ...the state of the racial division that trump got us in, and left us with...the debate of faith...who, exactly, do we trust?...is there a God?...does our Constitution really work?...can we survive ...

Tepid response by the Repubs ...and I am asking why?...as the Covid Relief Bill is going through... tomorrow the House votes again on it (WHY?)...and then Prez B signs into law ...but you Political Junkies know the reason... why do the Congressionals put so much stuff in these bills?...why not put ONE THING? ...why are so many other parts attached, often with nothing tangible to the major issue?... why why why? ...well, then, when trump rewrites the Constitution, perhaps he can adjust this in it... Anyhoo, the powers to be, say that the stimulus checks shall be out by the end of the month...the Horse thinks sooner than that... 2 weeks max ... I keep hearing a period of stock market correction ...gosh, I hate hearing that... the Futures were way up this am...so, a good day ahead of us?...that's the guess... Speaking of power... the Brooklyn Nets , were the laughing stock of the NBA...not any more...they have 3 dandies...in KD, Kyrie, and the Beard ...now they are adding Blake ...

YES!... International Women's Day ... hmmm, right after Valentine's Day? ...c'mon, flower companies... your lobby is getting a bit obvious, don't you think? ...tongue in cheek, but...I will say, that everyday is Women's Day ...however, International? ...well, now, I think we have something here...I'm a little confused, does that mean only in the USA?...or worldwide? ...leave it to the Horse, to mess this up.... The 4th round of the Arnold Palmer Bay Hill T , was a doozy....with the brute force of Bryson DeChambeau , winning out over the field...especially the duel with him and the English bloke, and elderly, too, in the golfing world, 47 yrs young, Lee Westwood ...shhhh, don't tell anyone, but I was pulling for Lee... Jordan Spieth was again in the mix, but his putter failed him, over and over and over...damn that resembled my putting on Friday... I lied...I did watch some of the NBA All Star game ...it was silly...no D, and mostly slam dunks early on......

You know the story, going to give back my BMW lease ...as the company won't barter...just as well, as we are fickle...need another to tickle us, Elmo ...so, I have spent my due diligence over the past like 3 weeks...seeking out another convertible for us to get... purchase, not lease ...we have, what one may call, a 'car fund' ...AND...not real crazy about getting a brand new rig... had our sights set on the now 'not made' Beetle Convertible ...VW has ceased making the Beetles... Anyhoo, over our car lifetime, we have had 4 Volkswagens ... red camper van , old blue beetle , new black beetle , and a gold Passat ...liked 'em all...that's the back drop...we started our car hunting weekend yesterday...had 2 to look over... one was an '07, and the other an '18 ...as a beginning...well, we didn't get past numero uno... drove nice, was in great shape, and we bartered ....and VOILA!...we got the '07...triple white...
