Hey kids...just a quickie to let you know how things have been going...how about this little gem... my new golf ball marker. ..way cool, huh... The trip to Vegas was awesome...stayed at our fav, the Mirage ...super room with a pool view... the weather was perfect...like 79*-80* ...great layout rays...just too much to do in a short trip...we will go back in July for a longer stay... Had terrific luck at the off track...plenty of beverages for both M and I...the bucks were good, too...ate at a Japanese and then a Chinese Restaurant ...go figure...Mr Chow...a bit spendy, but we met one of our friends from Gaslamp City Square there...so it was priceless ...she works in Vegas now...fun times reminiscing... We laugh, as we didn't go to any buffet ...which are simply awesome there...of course, we went thru the Forum Shops at Caesars...hey...walking down Las Vegas Blvd at night is a sight...all in itself...I made a Quik show of it all...text me if you want a copy... Hey now, that is quite the terminology, right?... trumping up something ...you can't clinton up something ...sorry...but I laughed at the notion of a pundit saying that the PGA is clowning the golf course up for the PGA T...so... that is equating trumping to clowning ...hmmm...I digress... Most every golf course that I play seems quite tame ...albeit, for a qualified stick...not like me...the way that the golf supers make it more difficult, is by putting the pins in the toughest places on the greens...but if you have time...you can do what the bigs do... First of all, is close the course down ...so you can grow the rough up... nothing tougher than hitting out of 5 inch grass ...and worse...shrink the fairways...then shave everything close to the greens...especially around water. ..double cut and roll the greens so that it is like putting on concrete ...all in prep work...finally, talk to mother nature and get as much wind as you can ask for...there you go... Disaster ... th...

Whoa, what was that smash?... the Thunder walloped the suddenly woeful Warriors of Alameda ...what in earth just happened?... whupping the Champs like Ali did too most of his opponents ...right?...there is a changing of the guard, kids...go back a bit, and you will see that Horse told you this ...there will be no repeat... Remember back when many things you would say, ended with "city?"...60's or 70's?...not sure, but it was the "it" thing at the time...well, now, today's blog is UPSET CITY! ... No bigger than the Toronto Raptors beating the Cavs ...anywhere...except, for some reason, the Canadian team plays notoriously better at home...still...I saw no way that that team would ever beat Cleve...their shooting guard had a super day, and it was all that was needed...I never, ever, can figure out the NBA... BTW, finally, and I do mean, finally, the West teams play again today...no idea who to bet on ...so don't...also...for such a huge human being, doesn't LeBron flop a lot?... In the Preakness...mother nature won out , I suppose...as the winner was the horse that made a bunch of mullah, chasing Nyquist...
