Morning, kids...hey, I am the one that says that there are way TOO MANY games in the NBA Playoffs ...yup, the first round being a best of 7 is ridiculous...but, the Horse was in need of some sports on the pixels...got hooked on that game...and the Clip Joint went into Utah and stole game 6...how'd they do that?...the Jazz couldn't hit a thang, that's how...also, too much Chris Paul (alias CPIII) ...and that series goes back to LaLa Land for a game 7...hmmm, the Clippers are sans Blake Griffin...the 'winner' gets the Warriors...egads...yup, I just may watch it... I wonder how much moolah CP III, DeAndre Jordan, and Damian Lillard get for their State Farm commercials? ...the hoopsters, are stuffing their bank accounts via this gig...I say, 'bully for them'...shoot, if Prez O can get $400 grand for speaking at a health care conference, these guys can get whatever they can, too...use your stardom while you can...right?... money money money ... Ever wonder what goes on in the GM's brains?...talking the NFL blokes who spend a gazillion bucks in prep for their draft of collegiate stars... FOOTBALL ...put them thru 'combines'...like, it's not enough to see them play at least 3 seasons in college...and, like what da Bears did...trade up to get a guy that few others wanted as the number 2 pick...a QB out of North Carolina ( who only started ONE season at the school)...what the heck?...maybe he needed the combine... It's like our very own fantasy drafts ...once you start a run on  a particular position, the flood gates open up...most of these teams then went to Plan B...everyone drafted offense...which left the strength of the guys (Horse's view) for the latter part of the first round...beeeezarre...oh well...I was interested in what my team was doing... the Titans. ..got two great pix... a wideout and a corner. ..both needed, and we keep loading up... Morning, ya"ll... have taken a few days off ...ha ha...played some form of a thing called 'golf' ... the Horse version ...unknown to most other human beings...except the dudes in my foursome...talk about 'bullying!'... let's just say in the short version, that I'm on my 3rd putter in 3 days... Not sure if I would have believed unless I witnessed the bloody thing... the Pads scored 5 in the 9th to get a W in 'Zona...the culprit was this guy off the bench...a pinch hitter...who has NOT been doing so for about 2 weeks... 3B Schimpf ...hit a 3 run dinger and the frowns turned upside down...I guess the best way to shake up a pro is to sit his arse down... NBA ...I could care less who wins any games in the east...none of 'em...they are all, except the Cavs, not worthy...I do care that Cleveland does lose...at least once...probably won't happen, cuz that side of the league is turrible...in the west...there are 5 teams as good as the Cavs...what...

A night for the ages...as we get on out to Humphreys for David Crosby ...you know him of CSN or CSNY ...he's going it alone this time around...reports are that he and the boys have had a little spat...can't we all just get along?...not, that he hasn't released material solo, already...and or before... He began his journey , like many of his age...with the likes of Mama Cass Elliot, John Sebastian of the Lovin Spoonful...and on and on in LaLa Land ...would sing in the bars and honky tonks there...he first got some fame with the Byrds ...but, got a real pairing with Graham Nash ...then got the third part harmony in Stephen Stills ...later on, put the beat of it all down with Neil Young ...there you go...the timing I gave you could be off...but, it will suffice... Their albums were mesmerizing ...the songs were meaningful and yet, cryptic...what did they mean?...fun trying to figure some of them out...but the bottom line, was their blending of the voices... we have seen ...
