Morning, kids...nothing surprises me...and then it does ...when my post stirs up sentiment...and I find people who differ from me, that have not said so prior...listen, it's OK... I respect everyone's opinion...might not understand it...but, we all have our own beliefs ...it's what makes a democracy what it is...we are free to feel the way we do...without a gestapo seeking us out...or secret police...or... What I read was 7 issues at hand in the trump indictment...in reality, it was 37 counts ...and Tuesday the court appearance...and here we go... interesting, that the judge assigned is a trump appointee...make a difference? ...as it has been repeated over and over...the law is the law...I am just relaying what he is going to do before that day...talk to 'his' people in his revivals...first one is in Georgia... I guess, the show must go on ... In the mile high city of Denver ...the Friars got game 1 in the series...hit 5 home runs and still had to survive a comeback...

The indictment of trump, came a day earlier than I expected...at first, I found it weird that he himself announced it BEFORE the DOJ did ...then, I realized he was calling out his people...to revolt...again...so, when he arrives in Miami on Tuesday, HIS people will be there in masses to disrupt the procedure...his arraignment...right...what if, they don't?... In reality, the 7 counts that are before him...include the Espionage Act ...which is devastating...this is more of the signs that the Justice system will not tolerate what he, trump, thinks...that he is above the law of the land...think about this...the Jan 6 coup attempt, is in line for indictment number 3...how does he pay all his lawyers?... I keep hearing his inner circle...just who is this anyway? ...Meadows and Guliani are in hiding...seems like his kids are, too...who is he talking with?...his lawyers?... Moving on... It sure seems like whenever we hear the word 'MERGE' , it is one company swallowing up another...I didn't say monopoly did I? ...usually, the key to it all, is cash... Speculation is a key word to describe what happened in the last few days ...now, kids...this is no more than what the Horse sees thru his very own eyes...it may be wrong...may be right...BUT, is it not very interesting that the trump lawyer team attempted to meet with the DOJ, ah the Department of Justice?...shortly, there after...trump unleashed on his social media site, a scathing all caps statement ending with the WITCH HUNT terminology... My take ... he sent his team in to meet up with the DOJ...to persuade, to intimidate, and then, to beg...for no charges against their client...it didn't work, and they contacted trump about the meeting, and he went berserk...why now?...a last ditch effort to stop the inevitable...so, I am guessing that there will be charges against trump THIS WEEK!... Things just got REAL interesting... The 2nd plane of immigrants have been sent to the cap city of Cali, Sacramento ...apparently via the bad graces of DeSantis (DF)...the Floridian Guv...?...an...

We are beyond that...The Power of the Pen...perhaps, it should be the power of the print...NO!...it is more the Power of the Negative ...due to the ever present computer and it's easy to publish MOST ANYTHING, there is no defense for it...social media...think about the fact that a guy running and then, RUNNING our country...was imbedded in LIES!...where is the truth?...who fact checks?...and even if, what is the penalty?...thing is, anyone can say anything...through the air waves...egads... The local newspaper, the Trib ...had a very ornery post by one of their sports guys...ripping apart the new Friars...calling them what he thinks they are, underperforming...we all talk about that...but, have not put it into print...he did...and it got me going as to what can and will be written...soon after, the team played even worse than they have lately...did they read it?...some times, that will fire a team up...maybe they didn't read it...who knows...it's just an opinion...right?......

Tennessee vs Clemson, in an OT thriller...went like 15 innings and the Vols won it...cool... the Ducks vs Vanderbilt ...upset win for UO and I was a happy camper...seems like the Ducks don't have as quality pitching as the others... and in MLB ... the Friars vs da Cubbies ...a very deserved W, with Yu sharp, and Jr hit 2 dingers...all, a good nite of beisbol for this observer...
