CRAZY HORSE

Not too many people have that as their moniker... "The Greatest"...Muhammad Ali. ..who died yesterday at the age of 74... a role model for many, especially in the Black Communities throughout the world, not just the USA ...when boxing was "the" sport...he had it all...his life's journeys will be shown through out the weekend most everywhere...I can remember going to the Salem Armory and watching a fight with Sonny Liston...just got sat down and it was over...think it cost me $5...a lot for a TV screen viewing... his grace and speed were like no other ... I had a feeling that I would have trouble with the 6:42 am tee time ...slept right through the alarm...takes me 30 minutes to get to El Cajon...so...nope...I'm a no show at the course...thus, you all are getting me a talking...I guess you win... Got a big tickle yesterday as I was watching the ladies play their T in the LPGA in Jersey ...as the interviewer was probing... Gerina Piller ...that's he...

You know, it's one thing to think it all in a blog...how poor the Padres are playing...kind of like what the Horse has been saying for a bit now...but...how about this... the executive owner of the club, Ron Fowler , goes on the media and says the same thing ...even worse...calls out his top paid player, P James Shields, for being inept...hmmm...said that in the non-baseball world, these dudes would be fired... wowser, he is the guy writing the checks!... You think you have problems ...imagine the chaos in that locker room...and in the administrative office today...you, Boss Ronny , have the power to move and adjust your team...rather than talk about it on the airwaves, you need to get to work doing your job... think that there is a reason for the season?...let's start at the top ...sad...embarrassing...lunacy...yet correctable...maybe...BTW, the Pads scored 6 in the bottom of the 1st last night in a rout...don't take that to heart Ronny, had nothing to do with your sorr...

OK, a good many of you could care less about the longitivtiy of the season of the NBA...make that could care...but...you do like the final set of games...the one for the championship...as the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden St Warriors square off tomorrow in game one of the best of seven...got it?...how about this little bit of trivia...one dude started the year with the Cavs and ended up with the Warriors... Anderson Varejao...33 yr old Brazilian ...just 6'11"...he gets a ring any which way the games turn out, right?... Speaking of rings, one of the best sets of commercials...on the pixels...features "no rings" by some NBA blokes for State Farm Insurance...cleverly done...and the baby, PG Lillard of PDX is hilarious...you have to know the ones I'm talking about..."Mama's rings were stolen"... For all the hoopla about the alternative taxi type service "Uber" ...there is a warning to be had...outside of the commotion about physica...

Alas, we are have completed the whirlwind travel excursions ...by air and by train...we have lots to tell you'll about...it was all way fun...and also tiring...here goes... The kids got married ...it was a grand experience...er, wedding...each part was perfect...and their love was quite evident...duh...have to tell you, Montecito and Santa Barbara are marvelous sites...they got hitched in a small service on the Montecito Beach...it was way cool...I think they were in barefeet...at least the blokes were...then went to La Cumbre GC for the celebration...it's their club...for a festive brunch...topped the day off with a cruise around the bay...in a yacht, er, something like that...I tell ya, the kids have great friends...anyway, congrats to Cris and Leila... The NBA finals are set...the east has the Cleveland Cavs again...well, wherever Lebron is, that's who the east plops up...no match...he is the best that side of the bracket has...and, from the west...coming back fr...
