Gonna learn ya some here...we have a Class B...pretty much like s souped up van....21 footer...called a Travato....that has been the newish fad of the time...easy to drive....uses regular petrol...a whiz to park...especially when you get to the campgrounds...perfect for couples...but...when we arrive at all these sites...we are in the minority...big time... Most others have these monster trailers....or the Class A or C rigs...Class A is the one that look like a bus...30-34 footers...egads...Class C is the shorter, wider, and taller one...quite often the type that is rented...and that’s what’s in all these campgrounds...ah, very few B’s...perhaps these are people that stay for months on end... This Reedsport is just gorgeous!....we are on the bay with killer views...one more day and Salem we are there...funny, that we stopped at a Walmart to get me some more undies...only packed 7....I need not say more... Dang...not only the Padres didn’t get a SP, but Jr got hurt again...and we got bl...

The Cosmo got to Orygun....Valley of the Rogue....we set in...put our feet in the Rogue, as it was 98*...got back to rustle up dinner...watched some TV...then..aka Boom!...Thunder and lightning, right above us!...30 minutes of it...as we huddled in our little tube of RV...rain, and lots of it...welcome back to the land of green? 5 hrs later we are in Reedsport....what a cool town...the site is on the bay...ah, cold tho...2 nites here...like cool better than hot...terrific... The bloody bums got Scherzer and Turner...shit...that is a huge bummer...for 4 minor leaguers?...pathetic trade for the Nats...and for the rest of the National League...and the Pads... We have gone from beach to beach...now in Moss Landing...north of Monterrey...a 3+ hour jaunt...it’s a slow boat to Orygun...this area is neat, but almost totally shut down...we went on a bike ride to check it out...closures everywhere...the Mackle’s suggested a close by restaurant, the Whole Enchilada...closed on Tuesdays...on their window were rules...masks required.... Also, we are right by a power plant...gas, not nuclear...butt they all look the same...ha ha, that is but...this is a KOA Express...maybe 60 sites...as we prepare for a radical change...heading inland, to I-5...Orland....and HEAT!... The Jan 6 insurrection...the 4 cops testifying...riveting...the implication is clear...and yet, the FOX lady, did a satire on what cop did the best speech, via a trophy...others on the network saying, that the cops weren’t properly prepared...this is what the forevers watch and listen to...think they watched the real testifying?... The bike ride turned into something we did not fathom...the park we are staying in, is huge...400?...but is on a lake or something...the ocean is like 100 yards away...so...we. got adventuresome and went across ‘the bridge’...which led right into the Pismo Beach Pier....way cool... That was perched on the Pacific...one of the longest structures we have seen...got some terrific pix...one is pano and will blow it up and frame it...that good...as we walked all the way to the end...anyhoo, we shall return... The Olympics...Simone Biles withdraws...the headline for most news sources....the injury has yet to be revealed....as the US gals gymnastics team took silver...I dunno kids, our team this year is not as powerful as in the past...talking the entire Olympics squad, all sports.... What a find!...this Rv site in Pismo Beach...spacious parking...very clean...grass...cable tv...store and a restaurant....really...my partner had fish and chips...ah, the small one...which was huge...I had the special...chicken fried steak....which I could cut with my fork...excellent... The weather.   70 max...they have burning pits...we bought wood to burn tonight...and are here for 2 days...bike rides, then maybe hitting the pool...sound good?...it is... Watched some Olympics last eve...so weird with no fans...are we below our normal dominant?... And...bizarre that a Lucy and Desi movie on a camping trip across the US...another odd thang, they used different names for themselves...Lucy was Tacy? The journey has begun...the initial stop in Montecito...my, the grandson has grown so much...talking like an adult...2 yrs old...went to the pool, and he is like a seal...no fear...yes, he has incredible energy...I keep threatening to cut his hair...he fears that so much...loves his locks...
