Morning, kids...nothing like waking up and anticipating GAME DAY! ...we are going to celebrate that, over at the Q...hmmm, rumors abound that the name is gonna change...with the opening game of the San Diego St Aztecs ... hosting UC Davis... Fired up?...kind of...as we like the pomp and circumstance of it all...how can you not?...been invited to join in on a tailgate...and gander at the festivities prior to the football...it's all fun...however, not sure if we have any Aztec stuff to wear...what?... Hot, too...is this bloody weather... 83* at game time...for around here, that is a bit toasty...we use the tram to get there and back...walk a few blocks to the station pick up spot...then it drops you off right at the stadium...way cool... Actually, the season started up last week ...for other schools...but this is the night for us...ha ha...hey, imagine this... Colorado St put up 58 points on Oregon St, yet only mustered 3 on Colorado...dog year for the Beavs?...I reckon so.....

Maybe, I should have said, 'what would YOU do?' ...let me set the stage...hospital in Salt Lake City...Utah...as a crash 'victim' has arrived there...along with a police detective...allegedly, with the idea that alcohol could have been involved...got it?... The detective asked the attending nurse to take a blood test of the 'victim'...she said that to do that, the person in question has to give his OK for it...problem is...he is not conscious...that she must wait until he comes around... 'No is the narrative', that she must do it anyway...such is the directive from the police guy...she responded that she couldn't...by the law of the state...she then calls her superior that agrees with her...and from the telephone, tells the same to the detective... Who then, loses it...swats the phone from her hand...and puts HAND CUFFS on the nurse...arrests her for disobeying an officer!...what?...she screams out 'what are you doing?'...he then takes ...

Morning ya'll...somebody readjusted my bedroom clock ...and didn't set the time properly...so, I got up when it said...6:04...which was really like 5:00 or something ...and it wasn't moi...I have been reading and reading, watching and watching...my ears and eyes are full of...info... Here's my take on the Celts/Cavs trade ...and it is now official...the hold up was that the key part of it for the Cavs, the diminutive PG I Thomas, had hip surgery...is he damaged goods? ...the Celts added another draft dude...and there you go...Cleveland lost... Kyrie Irving has the 'it' factor. ..my best teams had the players doing the system, but, had one guy kind of branching off....just able to go commando...and get away with it...that is what Irving did for the LeBron team...Thomas can't do that...the draft dudes?...hey, James will bolt after this next season...so... it's all about NOW in that game... Fantasy Football draft ...ah yes...was held for us last eve....

Let's be clear, kids...this storm in Texas...won't leave...
