So this is the way it is...we had 7 balls to play Kapalua Plantation Course...and on the 1st hole, had our doubts....however...there were many blokes and blokettes playing...thus...for every one we lost, we found two!...and yup, it was a good 88...very tough course...and the sights were awesome... Speaking of balls...or lack thereof...FOX News had an analyst...who actually said that Carly did something to the Donald's ...of course, this was on the gals show...that had such a problem with Trump, Megan Kelly...oh my... The Factor...he has written a book about the Repubs chosen savior, Ronald Reagan...how the Prez was actually not all there after he was shot...intrigues me...something I have never heard before... The Ducks line is 11 versus the Utes...has dropped 3 in the last 3 days....hmmm...me thinks this is a tossup...takers the points... Hey now!... How you doing?...today is the 3rd and final leg of the golfing part of the vacay....we are at Kapalua...Plantation Course... The trip to Paia was cool...wait, it was hot!...too much so for a sit down at Mamas...we found a beef and brew and opted for it...the fish was great and there you go... Did watch the final of Big Brother...it was Steve MOSES as the victor...an odd ball character...that was just good enough to pull off the upset... My FF team is the worst...will put Brady in this week.  I have one way to go....now I feel like the Pads.... For a country that relies on not being religious, we are spending a lot of time on the Pope...I'm just saying... Carly is growing in the polls...oh my...the top 3 are not politicians...and the bloke the Koch Bros wanted, Walker, dropped out...go figure... Somehow, Hillary, has regained form...and is back leading...have you heard Bernie speak?...puts me to sleep...cmon Joe, get in this race... This time zone is so ...

Aloha!...we are starting week number 2...we are so lucky...the dinner at Ruth's Chris was splendid...yesterday we went golfing at King Kamehameha... We were the only ones on the course...private club above Kahili...not exactly sure how we got the honor...and it kicked our butts...so pretty...and so windy...3 club type...I kept hitting it long...over the greens...impossible to find...ha ha... Today?...snorkeling at Napili Bay...a staple for a visit to this isle...we use the noodles to float... Tomorrow is the trip to Paia...a trip back into the 60's...and a meal at Mama's...the most fantastic fish dinner you will ever eat...I kid you not... Then it's the final golf day at Kapalua...Plantation Course...that's 3 times here...way cool... We still have the dinner cruise...not sure when we do it... If you have never made it to Maui, it's your turn...truly a paradise! Aloha!

Hey kids...it's been awesome here in the islands...sun, drink, food, golf, and lots of swimming...total relaxation... Today is our 41st Anniversary!...our tradition is to eat at Ruth's Chris...and yup, that's what we are doing... The gift for this year is sun glasses...after this long, creativity is gone... Woke up too late to see the U.S. Beat the Euros in the Soldheim Cup...think the "not good" putt, was a motivator... Hope all is well where you are!
