The news everywhere is the death of the Supreme Court Judge, Ms. Ginsburg...87...by all accounts, a wonderful person and terrific judge...man, she has gone thru so much on the past year...as the body breaks down...cancer... As quickly as she passes on, trump makes news, too...saying he will nominate someone right away...give time a break, dude...just another example of his soul...or soul less being...he repulses me so...'Without delay'... The bubble...the LaLa Lakers drubbed the Nuggets...no match...well, it's only game 1...and the Heat in the east...in a huge upset, thus far... The mighty Padres beat the ...

We call it Cosmo...our RV...the class B version...a bit longer than a van...er, like a Lexus...perhaps, more like an Escalade...you know what I am talking...there are them A's and C's...big hunkers, that are needing more space to maneuver...this one, even Marsh can handle...on our way to see our kids and their kid... Am reading that the mighty Padres, who were Wealso on the road...but, due to the air quality of their destination, Seattle...the games were switched to San Diego...where it be mostly clear...the Mariners are the 'host'...funny...er, odd...that these 2 teams share the same spot in the Cactus League...in Zona... In the place we are docked for the nite, in Long Beach...we get cable TV, but NOT CBS, so we didn't get to watch our fix of Big Brother...shhh, don't tell me what happened... But, did get to see the Joe Biden thang...gosh, it is hard to compare him to trump...who is so belligerent and demeaning to all of mankind...Joe is civil and full of clas...

Morning, kids...a very early tee time...so this will be brief and not so colorful...the Bums got game 2, with a 3-1 win...we had the bases jammed in the bottom of the 9th...set for glory and alas, there was none to be had...the decider is today...and this is just good stuff... The Nuggets completed their comeback over the highly favored Clip Joint...down 3-1 (that set of numbering, again?), in games tho...whupped the LA team...easily....and now...on to play the LaLa Lakers...guess who the Horse is pulling for?... Trump had his interview on ABC with George S...and a select few undecideds...last eve...in Prime Time...found it kind of odd, that there were some of the questioners there...were Trump voters in '16...and now they were undecided?...ha ha...anyhoo...Donny should NOT do these things...you have heard of 'rambling man'...if you ran a fact check on the bottom of the screen...of what is real and what he says...it would be going so fast, to keep up with all the crazed tha...

Let's start with beisbo l, kids...for all of us down here in South SoCal, we have our eyes and ears on OUR mighty Padres ...as we 'welcome' the bloody Bums of LaLa to our nest ...the nemesis of this franchise for almost forever...well, in the baseball world...arrived with a 2 1/2 game lead on us...this will be a 3 game match...in this shortened season, a HUGE thang... LA had their ace going, Clayton Kershaw ...and we had ours, Dinelson Lamet ...both were mowing down the opponents...was 1-0, lead for the Bums...until our oh so hot CF Grisham , hit a dinger off Kershaw...a bat flip and the Dodgers were pissed...too much show...perhaps...any fuel for the fire needed...it got worse...for the Bums...as we whupped them 7-2 ...and now are 1 1/2 games back...this is good stuff... Today (6:10) we trot out our next P Davies , sporting a 7-2 record...against their dude, Gonsolin (?)...no idear who this guy is...of course, we will find out...too bad, there are fans awaiting to ce...

The lingering affects of the wild fires in and down the West Coast... the air we breathe ...should we or shouldn't we go OUT in it?...depends so much on the wind path and direction...that is, if there is any wind at all...so weird as, last eve, our air was filled with the smoke...as the fire east of us is mostly contained...imagine further up north, where the fires are running amok...saw a map of the smoke path...all the way to Michigan!...that from the western fires...please do use, the app I have referred you to...download it on your phone... 'AirVisual' ...it's on my iwatch, too...this morning's reads... SD 123, El Cajon 93 (where I play golf), SB 132, Salem 457, Bend 327, Eugene 228, and Yosemite 314...ah, like 25 is good ...judge for yourself... Must comment on the surging, mighty Padres ...biased?...you betcha...the visiting Giants, passed their testing...so we played a DH yesterday....with them...swept 'em both, and now are riding a 7 game win streak ...

Morning, kids...when was the last time that there was so much... SILENCE ...as the NFL Sunday season starts up...normally, it is a rocking...filling up most of my sources...talking about who is starting where...what stadium has the best food...the most raucous fans...tailgating gone wild...and on and on...I even had to search the ESPN site for the info on today's games...it is the sign of the times, my good friends... Our minds are elsewhere ...as are the news sources...there are more important things out there...than football...shoot, for us west coasters...just go outside...and breathe the smoke into our lungs...the numbers are off the charts...as I posted yesterday...we even canceled our anniversary dinner at Eddie V's last eve due to it...this pandemic, too...don't want to get into a cab or Lyft...don't want to walk in the smoky air...don't want to sit in the smoke at the restaurant, in the outside seating...just turn in on the AC and stay home...
