This Rittenhouse verdict got me a thinking more ...so much as I got up at 2 am...couldn't sleep much...as Steve Kerr, the Golden State Warriors Coach said 'this is a dangerous precedent' ...yes, indeed... This depends on where you live...what state... but, think about this ... you decide that you are interested in the goings on at a trump revival...talk to your neighbor, and ask if you can 'borrow' his gun...like, just in case...go to it, and while there...a couple of the attendees recognize that you are not one of them...come after you, and you fear for your safety...shoot 'em dead...and that's OK... The Jan 6 coup ...if one is to plead safety, why then could a defendant of the Capitol not shoot a 'protestor?'...shoot 'em dead... Somehow, the judge in the Rittenhouse trial made a big deal that he was 17...when in reality, an 18 yr old can join the armed service, and fight and defend the country ...ah, one year...hmmm... This was a travel day for us...however, we are back and got this news of the RITTENHOUSE VERDICT ... NOT GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS! ...what say you?...have to admit that I was surprised...but, then, after the OJ one...nothing truly will astonish me... The guns rights people have to be feeling stronger...every day ...this was another of those cases that it may appear that the defense attorneys did a much better job than the prosecutors...I dunno...perhaps, it made no difference...I am not aware of the anguish, maybe attitude of those people in Wisconsin... I am at odds over the idea of bringing an AR-15 anywhere ....to any gathering...for any reason...unless, that is the way of the future...did I say that right?... the wave of the future ...right to bear arms...and you better...cuz the others are...not just a hand gun, or a single shot rifle, but a rapid fire machine... Back on the home front...we had a bizarre happening at the condo ... somebody was tossing bottles down from above and hitt...

This Rittenhouse Case...could this be judgement day? ...the jury has done day 1...no verdict yet...does that mean there is dissension amongst the 12?...seems to me, that we are at a crossroads on what is proven and what is not...that needs clarification...what can be allowed in court...that is better...imagine in this particular court room, with this particular judge...having to watch what you say, as an attorney...when the ruling body appears to be not all there...who judges the judges?... I think the picture represents a different Judgement Day ...but, ya'll get me drift...right?... The overview of the Horse trip to the Pacific Northwest was all about TIMING! ...just missed the torrential pouring of the rains...got a bit, on Thursday, and early Friday... the rest of the time? ... warmth...like high 50's and low 60's ...terrific weather for this time of year in that area...of course, me hosts, the Snookis were greeeaaat...I think I was starting to smell, thus, the exit was needed...the reason for the trip?... the Duck game ... When we first came up with this...figured the weather would be inappropriate for a San Diegan...yea, so I bought a rain coat , that I do NOT need in south SoCal...turned out, I didn't need it in the Willamette Valley, either...the game...vs the Cougars of WSU ...was a beaut... a fine 2nd half by the Duckees, and we went home happy clowns ...as the positioning of UO nationally should be about the same...in the running... 2 more regular season tussles...both good ones...at Utah and hosting the Beavs ...if it is to be, will get thos...
