The latest storm...that has ripped thru the Gulf of Mexico, and has driven straight up the South...devastating...and the warm waters of the world, are upon us, kids...what you say about global warming?...it's here... After our recent trip, via Cosmo....our class B RV...we have decided to keep him...too many plusses, to not...so we will dude it up even more...change curtains, add an air fryer, hook up the TV to better options, adjust the closet so we can hang things, ah, little alterations...to make the 2nd home just that...proper use of space is such a key issue...this time I got 17.1 MPG...cool, huh...we are on for another trip in early October... The Friar catch up of the Bums, is purnt near over...lost in LA las eve, and now are 3 back...would take a win streak to finish it off, and a losing streak by them Bums...they are too good for that...so, off to the wild card thang...not sure who we play...could play... The Ducks fly south to take on UCLA...have an itch to travel up and watch this...but, that takes a lot of energy, that I don't have after just getting back from Montecito... BTW, am slightly afraid to get onto the scales...to see how much I gained on the excursion...didn't always f...

No, it's not a commercial for a Taco Bell special...TRIPLE PLAY...it's all about the Friars...in game 1 vs the Bums in LaLa Land...ah, Chavez Ravine...setting the stage...the Padres led 4-1 going into the bottom of the 9th....we bring in our closer (?) Suarez...who has been very iffy lately....blowing 3 of 6 chances...and he promptly gives up 3 straight hits and the Dodgers close it to 4-2...no outs, and 2 guys on...1st and 2nd...on deck is none other than Shohei Ohtani, the best hitter in the biz...the LA batter... Hits a grounder to 3B Manny....who then tags 3rd, throws to 2nd, and then the throw to 1st...ALL OUTS!...the game is over...a very rare, TRIPLE PLAY!...Friars win game 1...close the gap to 2...and also, with the win, clinch a playoff spot....celebrations?...not like it normally would be...as we have 2 more to go with the Bums...catch 'em and pass 'em?...perhaps, but it is still a pipe dream... This is fun, kids...the way it should be...could be...HATE LA!......

In my mind...ah, yes...there is little doubt that there was a rockin' band in Cali...60's or so...70's...that were different...The Doors...the UCLA dude, Jim Morrison, was the voice...also, loved the keyboard play of Ray Manzarek....of course, Jim, was off his rocker some...drugs...and his life ended too soon...man, they had some great songs...'Light My Fire' probably the most famous...my fave was 'Roadhouse Blues'... FIRE!....it's what the camping is all about...funny, as in our present site, there are a gaggle of Class B RV's....lined up...and most all owners, are huddled around their nite time fires...couples...most likely grandparents...er, of that age...JD (just dumb), there are people that don't have kids...but, Boss and I, were enjoying the FIRE that this Injun made last eve....there is nuttin like it...so awesome... Yes, Cosmo has been a welcome addition to our lives...this Class B is so maneuverable...we get around...'round round get...

I have a major issue with censorship...as my post yesterday was taken down....with not a clue why it was...of all my opinion ladened blogs, yesterday's was no doubt the tamest...lord, all the crap that trump posts, full of blatant lies, goes untouched...is it that I oppose Bozo?...perhaps, but not in yesterday's.... You want to go on a trip?...like far out?...just try to figure out the political polls...soo depends on who they ask...duh...you want even a more radical trip?...try figuring out the 'christians' believing in the trump...who has zero beliefs in that area...please, please, tell me why... As the Horse has been suggesting...the Middle East is about to explode...the key element, is if and only if (iff) Iran is involved...pay CLOSE attention to this... Phase 2 of our trip, is to get our teeth cleaned...and that is today...yup, it is advantageous to have a dentist in the family... And now...we wait a day...and then, the biggest series in the wild wild Wild West......

Breaking...Facebook stopped this post!...why?...can't figure out the reasoning...help me out... First of all, thank you to all who wished us a happy 50th...the Golden One...you are so nice to say so...without a doubt, spending it with the Kids...is so special...they are growing up so fast...and Cy Cy and Boss have a terrific bond...it makes the trip all worthwhile... How about the wild wild Wild West!...now down to 3 games back...looming, is this week's 3 game set with the leading, and team we are trying to catch....them Bums...we are set to clinch a playoff spot, maybe even today... We spent our special din din, at a place near Carp...where there is a sand area, where the kids can play...while everyone eats...and it was slammed, of course...just an awesome idea for the concept of dinner...lurve it...good food, too...fish san that was Mahi Mahi...yummy...Boss had snapper...5 stars... BTW, there is an explosion of kids, very similar in age to ours....with soccer games EVERYWHERE...
