CRAZY HORSE

I dunno... I read about all the hostilities in the world, and I wonder how we make it from day to day...right?...seems like we all find a way to cope...if possible...maybe, escape is a better term...the Horse was just a thinking...in a segment I lead with... Is it just me, or... Are the hostilities in Saint Looey just in the ember stages?...increased reaction to a policeman found not guilty in a shooting of a black man...and the people are hitting the streets and the fires are picking up...is this a sign of things throughout the nation?...or, quarantined in this Mizzou area?...we don't like to talk about racial inequality...however, read on... Are Jemele Hill's comments, er Tweets, on the Prez an undertone of others?...the ESPN columnist said that he was a white supremacist...and she is getting support from others for making the statement...really?...and she is not backing down...saying that she should be able to mix politics and the sports she is paid to talk about....

This 'Twitter' thing has it's good and BAD sides to it...it limits your comments and or feelings, to a short paragraph...but, often, there is the chance that you may say things...before you thought 'em through well enough...the Jemele Hill, ESPN flack...she did unleash harsh statements about Prez T...read 'em...a white racist, is just part of it...over the line for a news and or sports commentator?... The Tweet has its merits, too...whatever is BREAKING NEWS is on there...of course, you have to be following the news sources that Tweet...I do...and I get stuff befo...

Just not sure that this can be happening...in this day and age of MLB beisbol...that a team can win 21 straight! ...there's too much equality in the sport...the Cleveland 'Indians' ...hey, they were my team when I was a growing up...you know the story, Rocky Colavito and Herb Score , were my heroes...ah yes, but just a bit back...onwards they go...and take on KC...who they have dominated this season...they will stumble, right?...have to...nobody wins 'em all... In the aftermath of the latest storm in the east... The rankings are out for the colleges...in lieu of the AP, or USA Today's version...I'm talking about US News And World Report's ...what?...not football, dudes...but the overall school themselves ...every year this rag comes up with their lists... a comprehensive look at the best in the nation ...gives one the reasons thereof...ie, the cost, which may astound you...often, more than $50,000 a year...geez... It is broken into two categories ...big colleges and universities...and the small ones...ha ha...duh...anyhoo, my son's college of Pomona ...is always ranked highly...this year it is 6th ...has been 1st in the past...my daughter in laws is 8th ... Claremont-McKenna ...there you go...bragging rights for each and a constant battle of wits...the schools are at the same site in Claremont...actually, there are 5...all ranked within the top 33 of the nation...confused?...I am too... Calleeefornia ... The NFL ...how about them Chargers! ...came back from the abyss...had...

I am a bit dizzy from my whirlwind trip up north...lots of flying for moi, is not easy... the Horse useth flight pills ...however, it was a fun time...the center of the reason for going... the Duck game ...was mostly good...ha ha... the 1st half was splendid , the 2nd was torture ... As UO  hung on for a one touchdown win over Nebraska ...who is coached by former Beav HC, Mike Riley ...as we talked to some tailgaters from the enemy side...the number one Q of theirs, 'What do YOU think of Riley?' ...in unison, the reply is that he is a nice guy...from everyone, i.e. us... You'd think that the huge comeback by them would give the Huskers a moral victory ...whatever that is...well, it did put a scare into the home folks, for sure...BTW, there was a HUGE contingent in red at Autzen...so surprised that they got tix... weird and a bit disappointing for the Ducks ...but...the real part...
