The last I saw was 72% of the Iowa votes were reported...what?...this is Wednesday people....the caucus was Monday... a total embarrassment that their system has...when will the final tally be released?...what was the glitch?...can one trust the numbers they let out?...normally, I say patience is a virtue (egads, yet another V word) ...but, in this case, far from it...pictured here, is this catchy slang, 'Your Vote Counts!' ... well, I hope it did in Iowa ... If the count is accurate, then Mayor Pete and Bernie are the leaders...not totally surprising, but who IS NOT there may be ... Joe Biden ...rumors that his campaign is not only lacking passion, but moolah ...well, the candy peops head for New Hampshire...where it is a forgone conclusion that this will be Bernie territory ... Trump made his State of the Union speech last eve...oh my....let's be frank, er Horse, well, somebody...he is the worst orator in the history of the position ...even W... who makes Bus...

Let's see, you have at least a couple of years to prepare for your big night ...prep work done...the tests are completed...you have installed a new 'app' , to tabulate the votes quickly and accurately ... Iowa , you are ready...or, so it seemed...alas, NO!!!! ... the ultimate snafu in the very first Demo election...something went wrong...the tallies are wrong...what?... CHAOS IN IOWA! ... Their election process is bizarre anyway ...if ya'll want to vote...you must meet in a caucus room ...be there by a specified time...the doors close, and the system begins...if you are late, you are not counted...too bad, buster...then part one of chaos... you group up with those who have the same person selected...this is on vote number 1 ...yes, kids, there are 2...and the final one...say what?... If there are not enough people grouped in the one that you want...did not meet enough of the numbers...then this section is NOT VIABLE ...must be at least 15% of the people in the c...

So how was your Sooper Bowl Partee? ... ours was great...the two of us ...nachos and beverages...Marsh asked questions, and I could answer them...no screaming at the screen, albeit, I did utter one 4 (actually longer) letter word at one call...so, yea, ONE scream ...a pass interference at the end of the 1st half that was bogus... Time to pat myself on the back...I had KC by 12 (actually 12+)...and the difference was 11... try that on for size, Vegas ...so weird, as the 49ers were dominating...into the conclusion of the 3rd stanza...and the talkie, Joe Buck, prophetically commented, that this is where KC usually is...the analyst, Troy Aikman, was having no part of it ...that the Chiefs then get going...and right he was... The 4th quarter was all KC ...going away...fun game...and it was way cool to see HC Andy Reid finally get the ring ...me thinks they earned it, not that SF lost it ...there are those of you out there that disagree with that...that's your prerogative......

Morning kids...it's Sooper Bowl Sunday! ...time to relax and watch the NFL spectacle... the game, the commercials, the wagering, the pundits, the food, the beverages ...yup, it is the GAME of the day...you should have seen Costco yesterday, as many had their stash of party food in their carts...huge...amounts... so, what does the Horse think? ... Obviously, the Vegas boyz (or girls) have it a virtual toss up...the latest line is 1 1/2 favoring the Chiefs ...oh yea, we are talking the combatants...the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers ...its' the quick striking O of the KC team, versus the highly heralded defensive line of SF...but, that is not what was asked... what does the Horse think? ... 12+ win by KC ...there you go, you can mock me tomorrow... Me old state, Orygun , pulls hard for SF...as they don't have an NFL team in their beautiful area...thus, they are split on Seattle and SF...weird, huh...just a sidelight....
