There are 52 Republicans, 46 Democrats, and 2 Independents (capitalized for no apparent reason) in our Senate...takes at least 50 of 'em to pass it...assuming that the VP will break a tie...in the elephant way...and they were going to wait for Sen McCain (R) to get out of the hospital to have the vote...they needed it...turns out that some other Repubs turned the other way...the bill was not tough enough for them...egads... The Horse has been saying this all along...doing his version of Carnak the Magnificent ...that it would not pass as written...let's be real... Health Care is a battle of the ages ...so many businesses, Congressionals, Doctors, and the common man affected...change for change sake wi...
