Not the weather report...but the fact that our campsite had indeed SHOWERS!...Boss went delirious with joy...actually screamed out...it’s the little things...perhaps bigger than you’d imagine...yes, we are now very clean...clean people... We are but 8 miles away from our last spot...but we have full TV via our antenna...the last one was all pixeled...weird...and you must have the tele...Boss can’t miss the Golden Bachelor... This never ending bike, joggers, walkers path on this coastline is magnificent!...not sure how long...20 miles?...incredible...as we took our bikes 6 miles...ah, and 6 miles back..just simply beautiful... These fellow RV people...so many have big pickups and haul huge trailers, with slide outs extraordinaire...but, backing them into the sites, can take an hour... Cosmo backs in with extreme simplicity in a minute... BTW, this is the LaLaLand beaches... One spot we will avoid today...is Malibu...as they are expecting protests...the Hamas...and Israel.. The Cosmo trip has begun...we have squatted in LA, baby...on the beach...the weather is simply gorgeous...mid 70’s...and total sun...don’t hate me cuz I’m here, and you are not...having a cup of Joe and peaking at the Pacific... We took a dusk walk on the beach last eve, and got some terrific pix...bebopped over to a tavern across the way, for some munchies and refreshments...this entire excursion is supposed to be laid back...we shall see... Did not say squat about them Bums...I am in enemy territory...as they got swept by the DBacks... Boss just called me...”you are old now”...well, guess again sister...we all are... Israel is prepping for a monstrous ground attack...I wish there was another way...life is precious...this is lost now... WAR ...what is it good for.... ABSOLUTELY NUTTIN ' ...ah ha...and the words carry on... it was the Vietnam War...and it was originally put out by the Temptations in 1968 ...but, the HIT...was a couple of years later...by Edwin Starr ...as we endured the misguided attempt at 'saving' South Vietnam...how does this apply to now?... It is all over the news now...the Hamas and Israel...neighbors, so to speak...and one can find fault in either side's desire to ______? ...and that is the dilemma...another of those 100 year wars that seemingly break out every once in a while... BUT, Israel is ready and armed...for anyone in the Middle East to attack them ...the USA can say and threaten all we want to Israel, to back down...the Jewish people will not seal a fate like in the Second World War...they are prepared for the ultimate defense... Of course, it is more complicated than that...maybe it's not... Pivoting... We have our own battle right here in the country...the division...

Saw this bit and it got me a thinking...on the brighter side of life ... Good afternoon...finally back from the links...and it was a doozy...as the Horse took a tumble ...NOT in a good way... caromed off a curb and smashed the knee...and shoulder...as I lay there, looking up at the sky...knowing I hurt...but not knowing where...it sunk in... it was the knee ...and soon after had a big ball there, to the left of the kneecap ...really lucky, I think...ice ice baby...then and when I got home...Alleve...and there you go... My playing partners were full of help, as all golfers are ...the butt of jokes coming out...the best?...my oh so caring lad from El Cajon, "never thought that on Native American Day, we would have an issue with Wounded Knee..." ...no mercy...none...whatsoever...he also said that "shouldn't we have a skins game today, too?" ...mercy me... BTW, how many have heard that sooooo many people have Indian blood in them?. .. yes, I am part Cherokee ...lord...that kind of stuff... as they are as white as a sheet ... aw, sheeet....

In celebration of our day... I absolutely hate the fact that people take other people's lives...and that now, Israel and Hamas are at WAR!!! ... the numbers of deaths, are already devastating...after but 2 days, the estimation is over 900 ...the Middle East...and not that far from this one...Putin's War in Ukraine...so totally combustible... the world just can't stay stagnant, can it...there are always leaders that want more...the pawns, are the ones that die...it's so pathetic... Listen, all the rest of my blog entry today, has much less importance...but, here we go... Did you see the ending of the Miami U game vs Georgia Tech? ...ah, man, the former Duck HC, Super Mario...did it again. ..in lieu of finishing the game with a kneel down...opted for a run...and his RB fumbled...next play, GT threw for a game winning TD!...egads, the critics are a howling...
