Heard this word bantered about yesterday...quite often... INSANE! ...used to be for the mentally challenged...to put it politically correct...and not as an adjective...regardless, there are things about that are unmistakably beyond comprehension... Prez O used this as to describe the gun control loophole(s)...hey now, you NRA buffs...calm down...we are talking about the lack of background checks to purchase the assault weapons...that some of you seem to think is right on the way it is...and that my good friends, is INSANE! ...how many more mass killings do you need to see the light?...I'm not referring to single shot rifles, or even hand guns...let's get this going... Zach Greinke ...you may not have ever heard of him...MLB pitcher...one of the best...went into the free market...signed with the Arizona Diamondbacks...love that name, by the way...for 6 years for $206 MILLION bucks! ...what?...who on earth is worthy of that type of cash?...c'mon...a pitcher lasting 6 year...

As the information continues to spill out to the public...we gather that it was indeed a "terrorist" attack on the people in San Bernardino...there are no words...the sadness of such a deed...to those who are affected and have also lost love ones... And yet, the Senate confuses me more than ever...two bills that would have made an impression on gun safety in our country were defeated by the Republicans...one in particular, was aimed at known terrorist linked people...the bill was defeated by party lines...what am I missing?...more thorough background checks...how can that hurt their beloved NRA?... Which brings me to the party itself...the numbers are going toward the only guy who doesn't have the lobbyist effect on his presence...so it seems... Trump ...dominating numbers...let's hope his stance on that doesn't change...I am not too cryptic on this today...more later on this month...nearer the debate on the 15th, I think it is... Back to my sports wor...

Certainly the event in San Bernardino  makes us all take a huge step back...and look at what this country has on their hands...and, frankly, the entire world...yet again...this time a guy, that has all that he wanted...apparently...snapped...or, was it a plan?... Went on a killing rampage...of innocent people...some call this the "soft" zone...easy pickings...so to speak...with little chance of stoppage...this whole thing makes my skin tingle...a bad one... Whether it be by an influence of the middle east...or personal lust for lack of life...it is still terror...and the arsenal of guns...the stockpile of weapons at his disposal...is another warning that we in this country have way too lax of laws on gun control...the NRA has to look at themselves...again...of course, their answer is probably...to arm everyone...the wild, wild, west... And...we have let in way too many people into our country...we are too lenient in this area...the scum have ways of imbedding their own ...

Morning, kids...how's everything?...the country is getting a blitz of the in-climate weather ....hmmm...here, too...well, it's kinda cool...like in the 60's...if one measures by the polar zones, we have quite the north/south going on in the political field...don't you think?... Shake up...that's what it is...as the Repubs are finally figuring out that Ben is not the answer...for them...and, er, for us...and the top of them latest polls has the Donald leading...and Cruz and Rubio getting Carson's votes...er, poll votes...and this...the latest...is that Hilz is not a lock...yet...time changes all this...and these blokes and blokettes do themselves no favor by speaking too much...all except Trump, who can say almost anything...so it seems... The battle of the bad...er, worst teams in the NBA ...Philly and the Lake Show...Kobe has begun his goodbye tour...in Pennsylvania...and this is where he went to HS...he was treated well...and get this...the 76ers won.....

Before I go on this rant...know that I was watching a most entertaining NFL game...on Sunday Nite ...in the driving snow in Colorado...the game, not me...where the Pats of NE were striving to stay unbeaten...and the defensive minded Broncos were itching to show why they should be considered in the upper tier...and were using the former ASU QB as their new starter... Unfortunately, a trend has been appearing in these games...mysterious and downright blatant pass interference calls are being made by the back judges ...that affect the outcome...unknown refs that get free calls...hmmm...there is a whole lot of cash being BET on these...hidden at times under the point spread nonsense... Denver was the recipient of two such flags...and the turnaround...where penalties should have been thrown for the Patriots, were not... the teams can't voice their opinions on this ...they have to be fuming...fearing fines and suspensions by the league...itself in doubt over their questionable m...

Morning dudes and dudettes....it's a grand am in the GQ ...sunny and bright...how'd your Saturday go?...mine?...nice that you asked...went great...played the game of golf...walked the course... hit the bloody ball 90 times ...and know now that I am officially into hackdom...I digress... Watched some splendid college rivalry type games...no better than Stanford and Notre Dame ...a last second (literally) FG by the Cardinal for the W...just a wonderful game...thought that the Irish had it won, with a tremendous, clock consuming drive in the 4th Q... throw out that I think that their coach is a jerk , I marveled at the composure of his team...and the same for Stanford's... USC took it to UCLA for the southern title of the Pac 12 ...hmmm...they now play the above mentioned Stanford for the overall title...didn't the Trojans just get shellacked by the Ducks?...right...the better teams are in the north...so says me... SDSU beat Nevada for an undefeated MWC season ...
