And now the world of the judicial system is dealing with the lack of... D-1 football playoffs ...fact is the BCS is a derivative of the 6 big time conferences...and in reality, it's set up to have 2 of their own in the final...and along comes the judges who say that the present system is foul...and there is investigation into the BCS on antitrust grounds...stay tuned as this is just beginning... The Lakers free fall just got worse....as starter and on the edge forward, Ron Artest , is banned from game 3 tonight in Dallas ...he got out of control and is suspended...just a matter of time... The Pads host a 3 game series with the DBacks ...I have said that this is the team that we are going to battle it out for the ...last spot...another day off...will the GM move some folks around?  Doubt it...and if the Arizona team does a number on SD , it will be a horrific sport sight... The more I think of it, I agree with the Prez not releasing the death pix of Usama... Gotta pack ...

Does it bother you that the Idol and DWTS shows don't ever let you know the totals for the voting?  That the voting process for the DWTS is like, bewildering...or that Idol announces that there were 50 million votes... BUT ...they don't announce who got what...why is this?  So, if you're so inclined, you wreck your fingers and dial a boatload of times for your fav...and you don't know how that affected the outcome...well, it bothers me... Boos ....maybe booze ...but the SD fans have got it down...the inferior product that the GM Hoyer put together is hearing it aplenty now...geez, it should go toward the guy who brought this group together...finally, FINALLY , after one of the oldies went down, they brought up a young gun at 2B...now how about 1b?  Don't do too much needlin', 'cuz the farm teams are getting beat up, too... BUT ...at least they are making payroll...I would be watching that, too...the peops are not happy and may, just may, quit comin...

US News & World Report released it's top places to vacation in the United States...and San Diego was number 3 ...hey, I have been telling you this for some time now...you just won't listen... the top two are San Francisco and Washington DC ...so, get on the plane, or pack up your car, and get down here....well...so what are we doing for our big V?  Yup, going back to the great Pacific Northwest ...it's more of a clean up deal...but we are getting to see our friends and we are excited about that...but please, allow us to have good weather while there... please... Dancing With The Stars ... results ...OK, I am totally biased, but how does your girl Kirstie stay in the competition?  She's horrible ...I suppose I can't gripe too much as I never, ever vote... but, the bogus new judge may have been placed there to give her needed points .... conspiracy by the DWTS producers? You are not on the fence...either you lurve or hate ...the Lakers ...and the peops around here lurve 'em ...but...they couldn't close the deal in game one against the hated Mavs ....wait, there's a bunch of hate going on here...so there must be a lesser of two evils...hey now, this is the game world, not the real one...so just back off...so plug in Dirk Nowitski and you have the toughest guy to guard in the entire NBA...yup, it's true...more than Kobe, Dwayne, LeBron, Melo?  Yup...he is huge, fades away, has great touch, and is a master flopper...and is very durable...OK, it's a long series and there's no reason for panic for LA , but we can hope... The elimination of Bin Laden ...first of all, those who are worried about reprisals... It was a long manhunt...and the US got their man...I am shocked that he was still alive...in fact, I thought that he was bombed in the mountains he was hiding in...and...the odd thing he was hiding in a luxurious compound that he supposedly despised, the luxury thing...this is a grand day that the world got rid of public enemy number 1.... Usama Bin Laden .... And the oh so less mundane things... The Padres scored...7!...and won the series in LA!  Go figure...of course they beat their old teammie in Jon Garland...some odd source of satisfaction there... The Heat beat the Celtics...saw none of it, nor, didn't see it coming either...hate the heat... The Alumni T, did not win this year...came in 3rd...2 bogies nailed us... It's paying the bills AM...yuck...
