I don't know...my gut says one thing, and my brain says the other...watching the Congressional delivery by Sec of St, John Kerry...to the boyz on the hill...and listening to those who just can't all know the facts...I am torn...nobody knows for sure...other than Kerry...didn't we hear the same crap right before we invaded Iraq?...weapons of mass destruction...hey, I  am NOT saying that it didn't happen...I'm just questioning the truth...and let's say for argument sake, the rebels take over...who are these rebels?...what religious faction are they?...and I hear there are no boots on the ground, in this proposal...hmmm....do you really believe that?...and that the more we delay, Syria will hide their stuff...just like Sadam did...well, he hid himself...in a hole...I digress... My view out this fine day... Finally, we got out to the races...and it was great fun, kids...met up with our Pinnacle neighbors, the Allens...nested out at the Pavilion...and had a super table...had some eats and libations...won a little $...what could be better?...well...the weather...as it was not crazy hot...nice little breeze... Del Mar ...as they have one more time this season...on Wednesday...man, have I missed it... OK, this was the last day prior to school starting...a 9 month ordeal that I actually enjoyed...believe it or not!...it was fresh, fun, and exciting... Labor Day ...and I tried to always go to the horse races...out at the state fair...to relax for the last time for awhile...obviously, lots of changes...but...I am still heading out to the races...but, in Del Mar ...load up my DRF PP's...going to meet our friends the Allens out there...and have a grand time...and hope to win some $...ah, this is the life...last day of freedom.... Big Brother ...without a doubt, the worst cast of characters that the show has ever had...a bunch of bums...and some real nasty peoples...bad actors...and NOBODY deserves the $...but, alas, we watch...and stomach what is there...not even sure why... So I was glued to the tube...much to the chagrin of guess who...and I watched a bundle of games...beginning with Johnny Football...and Texas A&M...he is going to get his licks, kids...and I am going to lurve it...their D is questionable...they will get mauled in a couple of weeks vs Alabama ... The Ducks ...I suppose we all thought this...as they didn't miss a beat...loaded, fast, and still, unpredictable...played the Nichols St Colonels, out of Looosiana....who were so badly out coached...a guy who still runs his plays in...and bitches at all his kids...and coaches...66-3....and of course, UO put their 2nd and 3rd teamers in early....which most D-1 teams DON'T Do...all and all, a nice start...
