Top of the morn, to all of you out there...as we end up another very hot, and humid week in SoCal ...headlines, usually have the name TRUMP connected, somehow...right?...and most of 'em are started by Donny...in some type of rant during the nite... via a Tweet, or Tweets ...does the bloke sleep?... Well now, the most disgusting of his latest...the cancellation of his much wanted 'Military Parade' ... the cost appears to be prohibitive at this time (92 million bucks) ...hmmm...is this not the action that most dictators demand?...the viewing of their arsenal?...put off for a year...will Donny still be at the helm?...to view his most wanted celebration of POWER?... So many condolences yesterday for the 'Queen of Soul' ...remembrances of her, in the past...one such, was by President Obama...as she sang at his inauguration...not to be outdone, Donny said some nice things about Aretha Franklin...ending with "you know, she worked for me" ...does the guy...

Not sure how one can sugar coat the true, 'demise of the Padres' ...if you r ead the Trib, watch the local pixels, or hear the rant of the ownership themselves ...you'd be thinking that the fact that there is promise on the horizon ...that the franchise is loaded with blue chippers in the minor leagues...just ready to pop up in the bigs, with all there awesome abilities...ah ha... Listen, they are in the minors ...and we have witnessed a huge gap between that and the Major League... Is there anything more EMBARRASSING than that of what is being talked about in and about the WHITE House . ..the exchange between Omarosa and the President ...which she says...has TAPES to back up what she is divulging... about him...and his candor ...there are strong accusations of using the N-word...ah ha... The combustible environment within the inner circle of Trump , is beyond control or belief...the idea of 'here today and gone tomorrow' is certainly a day to day issue...witness the once employed therein, Omarosa ...and the aftermath...yes, and more of his candor... The last couple of days...his rants... after the uncovering of the audios and her BOOK ...her 'tell all' ...so how does he handle it?... name calling ...WHAT?...our PRESIDENT of the USA?...the bombardment of name calling of her... Morning, kids... a quickee , as I have a real early tee time...you know, beat the heat...sort of...anyhoo, how about the climax of the PGA? ...terrific win by Brooks Koepka ...as he and the final pair, Adam Scott , played marvelously...but...part of the day (maybe most) was devoted to the dude who played like yesteryear... Tiger ... wowed the crowds ...made a major move up the leader board...got within one stroke...most of this done, while missing the fairways...one more glitch to fix in his comeback... ended up 2nd ...now for you or moi, that would have to suffice...as it paid over a MILLION BUCKS! ... Gosh, it was fun to watch...my only wish was... to see Brooks and Tiger in the SAME pairing ... Where was Lefty? ...I digress... Oh yea, the Pads won the series with Philly ...dang, figures the game we see live, they lose... Gotta roll...have a miracle Monday ...

For some odd reason, I have been reading myself to nitesville ...turn off the pixels, 'sleep' the computer, silence my iPhone...my latest?...is this book on the LBJ/McNamara trip thru the Vietnam War. ..might be a bit too technical...exact dates and all...I guess to prove to the reader, the authenticity... Thus far...
