Finally BACK to writing...my hard drive went kaput on my Mac....took it in to the Apple store...yahta yahta yahta....$200 and I will be good...they had to order the part...figure 4 days...who knows how much data I will lose...probably all of it...booooo....it happens... Have not heard about Trumps Gestapo operations yet, today...his ICE is rounding up thousands of people in 13 cities, I think it is...if you are a humanitarian you are sickened...if you are one of his followers, you are elated. Comiccon is getting set up all over the GQ...lights, billboards, sounds...many places, and condos,  rent out their places for cash...big cash... The mighty Padres lost game one to the Braves, who are leading the east...big test for the Friars...if they are considered playoff bound... If I hear She Shed one more time I'm gonna scream!... Morning, kids...as we are glamping...the view.?    Wonderful...I’m trying to write via my iPad.  Not so easy.   Escaping the heat?   I guess...I will say that Sammi loves the RV.   The USA ladies soccer team continues their celebration with a ticker tape parade in NYC... Alas, nothing more frustrating, than getting to your computer...and you see a flashing file with a question mark in the middle of it. ..nuttin works...so off you go via your phone, trying to find out what the Hell is going on...if other blokes have had the same problem...yup...so many questionable solutions...recovery mode... SHEEEAAATTT ... DAFFY DUCK!!!  the bloody thing won't recognize the proper start up...try as I may, I can't get it back....soooooo...a reservation is made to the Apple Store to get the fool thing back working...hopefully...I am hearing like 300 scratch ...not good, my friends, for a dude on a fixed income...I am using Marsh's puter to get this out...as we embark on a short jaunt to the bay for some RV fun... Next week, we have the Congressional appearance of Robert Mueller. ..woah be to the present inhabiter of the White House...who has had his personal AG, ah, the supposed Nation's AG, throw out his feelings about it...it's like a ventr...

The top of the chart has to be the ladies victory in the Soccer World Cup ...as the USA dominated the game, and won it 2 nil ...plenty of hoopla over the experience and the numbers of people watching were staggering...which brings up, the forever issue of equal pay for all genders. ..take a look at the PGA and LPGA for instance...not even remotely close...of course, it isn't just in the sporting field that this happens...an ongoing fixable problem...that needs to be done... The mighty Padres won the series IN LA ...getting the last 3...this time, it was the super star 20 yr old, SS Tatis, that was THE guy...hit 2 dingers and was a marvel on defense ...we ended the break at 45-45....500...sure, not the best, but light years ahead of where we have been in the past decade...baby steps, kids... Help me out with Donny's quest to get a box for citizenship on the census form...isn't the idea to get the correct number of people in our country?...not, for yet another method ...

When was the last time that there was this much interest in a ladies soccer match? ...way cool, huh...and shoot, the guys are playing today, too...but, the focus is on the girls...women, whatever...starts at 10, I think....for the championship... the Netherlands, being the opponent ...here at the home, there is a bar-b-q to watch the game...grilling up all the leftovers from the Big Bang Bash of the 4th... USA USA USA ... For you who have lost faith in our Padres ... SHAME ON YOU! ...as the mighty Pads have gone into LaLa and won 2 in a row ...the pitching has held up...especially, the closer, All Star Kirby Yates...and Hunter Renfroe did it again, a late inning home run to propel the Friars to the W...he is a clutch dude...one more today... I think most of the player movement is done in the NBA ...both of the Los Angeles teams have improved significantly...and are on the radar as the best in the west...well, better, than last season...and will garner a lot of attention...it...
