Well, the Utes of Utah did it again! Nine straight bowl wins...this time versus the Golden Bears of Cal...another Pac-10 team going down...scary for us Dux fans...it was a cold, yet beautiful night...great 1/2 time fireworks for the ladies (and me)...the Utes are more innovative than Cal...thus the win...rode the tram there and back and it was a grand old time... OMG...how are the Blazers doing it? This time without either of their centers, their star BRoy, they go into San Anton and get a win...the emergence of Bayless is paying off big time...go figure... Let's see, what have I forgotten to do before Cris and Leila arrive this eve? Rockin around the Christmas tree...

My list of the worst of "09 could have the likes of the pictured above and others...but the worst of all, in a runaway vote, the biggest loser of this decade to boot, is Bernie Madoff...what a piece of crap that deserves everything he is getting... Let's give you final rants before Xmas... Beavers taking on the BYU boys in Vegas...got to think it's going to be a big OSU win and a real fun game to watch... Do you like your Survivor? Well, in a twist of fate...the most deserving of all time, Russell Hantz, did not win! He did make it to the finals, but his arrogance and belligerence failed to get him his fellow competitor's votes...and he is steaming...probably the least deserving of the $, Natalie, was the champ...still, great TV, and too bad for rat Russell... And the Chargers keep winning, as they upend Cincy at the end...with that, they clinch the West...now on to Xmas day with the Titans...a win and they secure a 1st round bye... A 32 yr. old actress dieing of natural causes? I don't think so... So your favorite golfer has hit the high seas to get out of the limelight for awhile... Hey Orygun, the Beavs hit Vegas tomorrow eve for their bowl match with BYU...look for a huge game from the Rogers Bros... A couple of people that make the headlines a lot that I feel sorry for...really...Goldie Hawn's daughter...with her amorous ambivalent ways and lack of talent...Britney.....

OK, I may have gone overboard on the over-rated, but it's my blog...so here is my tabs on the best at their craft... The best pure hitter in baseball... Manny (Rodriguez)...without a doubt the quickest home run swing in the game, right now...close second is Albert Pujols... The best NFL player...OK, I am talking offense, it is Peyton Manning ...by far...he is absolutely a gem in motion and I watch the Colts every game I can to marvel at his ability...right up there with the likes of the best in all of sport...he may be the best of all... The best female singer... Carrie Underwood. ..borders on the line of pop and country, she has the ability to cover both sides...and in concert, nobody does it better... The best male singer... Michael Buble ...he bridges the gap from yesteryear and nowadays... The best actor... Matt Damon ...he has the ability to portray and sell any of the characters he has drawn...
