Well that was another stomp...as Utah showed that the first match with Oregon was no fluke...the Utes head to the Rose Bowl as the true PAC 12 champs....the Ducks?....go?....very disappointing effort by UO, to say the least...wonder if Cristobal stays?....rumor is that Miami is courting him... We went to a couple of golf shops yesterday....massive inventory....golf is huge in the desert.... Have to comment on the increased amount of people in the desert now...so many cars...the dinner site we chose, was almost bare when we got there, and slammed as we left...surprisingly, as this is an older generation that inhabits the land... It's the time of year that the collegiate football coaches get the 'pink slips' ...ah, fired...these blokes get paid very nicely anymore...so, the tears shed are more for others...they will recover...it always amazes me at how fired up the administration and the alumni are when 'HE' gets hired...and then how 'they' turn on the foo when things don't go well....like win...and it's all about winning...the bum... As I awakened this am, got to thinking "I don't know what day it is" ...you see, when I don't golf on my chosen days, I get all out of whack... the system breaks down ...the cure is simple, don't miss links days...sure it has nothing to do with the numerous football games I watched yesterday...and me hitting the bed around 7:30...but, that could be off, too...see?... the system is broke down ...
