Maybe the headline should be more with a question mark...right?...anyway, the mighty PADRES won game one last eve versus the always good Cards from Saint Looey ...the new home of the old Pad, Jed Gyorko...ah hem, not one of my favs...I digress...some big hits by Wil Myers...who is on fire, kids...some tough chucking by S Cashner, and the relief guys looked terrific ...the recipe for success...I tell you, they surprise me...BTW, they were wearing the brown uni's. .. What the heck is going on with Ripa and Strahan? ...you know what I'm talking about, right?...he has left for GMA...she is pissed...and the brouhaha has begun... the NY Post "posted" that the two never got along...hey, these kids are pro's...didn't seem like it on the pixels ...oh well, they will do a nationwide search for a new partner of Kelly...figure the leader in the club house is Anderson Cooper...boring... Went to a party over in the area of the park...Balboa ...they have a few names ...

Hey, I'm BACK! ...had a great time with the other Bozos ...at a very nice place , away from most everything...in Borrego Springs...like a little less than 2 hours east of here...nice accommodations, super pool, and a well kept and fun golf course...it actually is called Borrego Springs Resort ... guess a lot of peops around here go away and stay there for a short getaway... Me golf?...OK ...started super as we won the 1st day...3rd the next...and figure, out of the $ yesterday...had my worst hole to start the round off, wrong...it is a little hybrid, wedge hole...chunk chunk water...anyway, a snow man...ha ha...took me like 5 holes to get going and recover...oops, sorry team... Just got home, and got a call from Snooki. ..telling me of the artist formerly known as Prince had died ...sketchy reasons...a youngster at 57...way sad...the news sources of all types have made this their top story...he wasn't much in my music genre...but...way back...way back...I did like the upb...

Morning kids ...I'll be off from my blog for a few days as I am going on a golfing excursion...with 24 blokes... Bozos ...it's a fun time for all....so... The New Yorkers go to the poll today...as I have said for 2 weeks now... pay close attention to the results ...especially for the Demos...as I figure the Repubs will vote big time for mister 7/11 ...ha ha...the Donald inadvertently used that date in lieu of 9/11...oh my...too many speaking dates I'd say... Golden St rested Steph Curry with his bum right ankle...against the Rockets...the rest of the boys took care of 'em...BTW, Houston's bewildering star of sorts, and former boy toy of Khloe... James Harden (i)...has got to be the worst defensive player in the history of the sport ...had an isolation on him where he literally got left standing...anyway, the Warriors won...easily... The Pads did not get beat last nite... they played bye ...who they dominate every time they have 'em on the schedule......

It's the calm before ...well, you know...as the entire state of New York braces for the immensely important VOTE! ...this will set the stage for the rest of the poli-tick season...will the Donald romp , like the polls suggest?...and, will Hilz do the same in the Demo race?...the final day of reckoning for the orators is upon us...figure the pixels will be filled with it, right?... So proud of our team in the Pomona Alumni T ... tied for 1st! ...played again in Chino Hills at Los Serranos CC...the weather was blustery...very warm....but winds up to 40 mph gusts...imagine the type of movement of the approach irons...it was just like that...we all had our moments...it was fun, other than the 2+ hours to get there...and 2+ hours to get back...I am a tired doggie... Just a day of rest, and then I am off to a group event in Borrego Springs ...we are called the Bozos ...how applicable, I'd say...Marsh not too happy that I am going, but you know...it's a fun time...terrifi...

Morning...just a quickie as we bolt to Chino Hills for the Alumni T ...still can't make up my mind as to whether I should take my own rig...or come back tomorrow via Amtrak...a decision to be be made in an hour...oh well... After a late dinner out at Harbor Island ... the Light House ...new to us...fantastic view of the City...got back in time to watch the end of the Pad's game ...hmmm...went to OT...finally gave up on it, when we had the bases loaded in the 13th...that's right, thirteenth...inning...one out...and didn't score...went to bed....read in this am, we won it in the next...14th ... 2 run dinger by BJ, oops, Melvin Upton, Jr ...hey, our first home W...celebrate!... The NBA ...a couple of upsets in day 1...at least, in me mind... Boston lost...Indiana won...the other two were romps...Golden St and OKC (Supersonics). ...the biggee for today?...PDX at LA Clips...c'mon 3 pointers, DROP!... The way the press covers the Coachella Festival in the desert...
