Here's my take on the playoffs in the NBA.... up to now, it's been the healthy teams that survive...in this 3/4 type of season...due to the lockout...really, I like the fewer games...but to pay the astronomical salaries, the league needs more games...too bad...hey, these guys get paid way too much for what they do...sorry, but true...cuz they are so near to me, I'll start with the... Lake Show ...undoubtedly the most difficult of all coaching jobs, since Phil Jackson left...who is a legend...and his style has rubbed the stars a bit...Mike Brown...I'm talking...moved the Lakers into more of a modern pick and roll team offensively...has to deal with an aging wonder in Kobe...and a talented, but hard to handle center...and one of the weakest benches of the better teams...and either you hate or lurve 'em...no in between...as they stumble about in Oklahoma City...and lose the 1st two of the series...the Thunder (Supersonics) are a younger, deeper team...can LA hold s...

So the headline throughout this fine country...that the number of births are now dominated by "minorities" ...ha ha...maybe the group mentioned is now the majority ...and the pure white is no longer...ha ha...what is the Bible saying on this?...wait, that is inappropriate...no wonder the conservatives are crying foul for all the "minorities" in this US of A... Did you see that older bloke trying to wrestle a gator in Florida?...wow...this guy must have a death wish...this was not a baby gator...he was so lucky to have all his limbs intact...after the encounter, duh... Idol ....taped it and watched like late...to me...the best of the night was Phillip's last song...and if you went by last night's versions...Jessica is to be eliminated...but...voting on that show is hard to figure out...could be any of the three... So sorry for the Lake Show ...had it and blew it...former TBlazer, Blake could have been a hero...but missed and now LA heads home down ...

So I got these new glasses...I know, I keep searching for the right ones...Superfocus...where by switching this little lever on the bridge, it changes the focus from near to far...what?...kinda cool...er, really cool...it's my John Lennon look... This high definition phenomena...it's all about the pixels...and so why now?...this info has been out there for like 40 years... Hybrid cars...it's what I want next...as soon as the interior has all the bells and whistles as the gas ones...and for a comparable price... NBA officiating...the players and coaches can't comment unless they get fined for doing so...but I can...absolutely odious...better for me in saying so, as I have no vested interest in the games...is it just me, or do James and Wade get calls that the Indy fellars don't?...and the Heat get beat...at home...hilarious...do you think the Lake Show gets beat by the Thunder (Supersonics) again?... I had a wonderful mother ...perhaps, the most positive person ever...always found ways to help those in need...will always remember her as the best mom... she wasn't the best at dressing me, however...this picture was taken on Larsen St. in old Chemawa ... Now to the stuff that I think I know...hoops...terrific effort by the highly undermanned Nuggets against the Lake Show ...at times, the play was so fast and furious...very cool to watch...thought that Andre Miller absolutely destroyed any momentum...just as he did with the Blazers...Rudy must be hurt, huh?...on the other hand, I find it appalling that Ron Artest is allowed to be still playing...geez, I try to like LA, but with the cast of characters they have...I don't like 'em... Padres get a win in Philly...two gems of relievers we have in Cashner (100+ mph) and Thayer (from where?)...the offense is still pathetic...however, Alonso is on a tear...if we could find just one other guy to go with him...will not be ...
