There was a time back that I had told you about the sale of the LA Clippers ... a mandate by the league to rid themselves of the owner, Donald Sterling ...right?...and I told you that it was not going to be as easy as they thought it to be...and CH is right ...and this drags on and on... The latest?... the coach, Doc Rivers , has stated that if it doesn't go through...he is out...and the players are saying the same ...chaos will rain...on the team...now here we go, Mr Commish...you have a major hurdle to clear ...I know it's in the legal part of the world, but a right needs to be righted...and soon... PBS ...one thing about this station is that it carries some dynamite stuff... watched a show on Jimmy Hoffa ...and his downfall ....and the ties to the mob and gulp...the prez at the time...Richard Nixon ...ah yes, the tapes...his biggest mistake of all...gnarly...you NEED to see this... Absolute chaos ... the Padres ... making moves prior to getting their new salvation.....

No GM?...no prob...as the Padres do trade number 2 ...dumping the 3B Chase Headley on the NY Yankees ...hmmm... for a couple of prospects ...one an infielder and one a single A thrower... seems to me like a giveaway ...and the rumor is...the horrendous starting 2B Jed Gyorko, is going to move over to 3B when he returns...eegads... all this done without a GM...ha ha... Go figure, as the Pads beat the Mets in their latest....hmmm...at the Cubbies...we'll see what's next...more moves to be made...ha ha... without a GM ...hope you don't have much $ in the club... Just got back from a trip to Palm Springs ...oh my lordy, it was hot...HOT...107* ...and we played golf in it...but, mostly swam in the pool...we stayed at a gorgeous place... the Andreas ...small and so nice...walk every where in downtown...albeit be almost impossible to do so right now...got some great rays...and great food... Worked a deal on some new irons ... Nike ...the shop said they would work a good...
