The Horse had an exceedingly early tee time today...thus, no morning blog entry...as it turned out, the bulk of the news hit while I was on the links...and it is all BAD!...trump BAD!...there is no other way to describe it than... UTTER CHAOS! ...as we all are in the midst of mayhem from the White House... The taxes he laid on every nation...came to a head today...his August 1 deadline...and guess what?...bedlam in the stock market...the S&P dropping a near 100! (actually 104)...as trump's lack of understanding of the way things work, in the WORLD, came to fruition...surprise?...to nobody but the magas...how are you taking it?... Thus far, as I am writing, not as bad as it could have been...and fingers crossed, that is all it is... ___________________ Unfortunately, the Grand Poopah is back in the States...after his golf getaway in Scotland...guess he christened a new golf course...of his, of course, in his last day there...you think that he taxes other countries a pretty penny....how about fleecing ALL OF US, to the amount of $80 million BUCKS for his vacation...the USA people got tariffed...by the ogre....

As I peruse through my 23 sources...everyday...well, almost everyday...the one thing, that has jumped out at me...is the down play of all the shootings across the land...used to be...a HUGE NEWS ITEM!....guess it has to be where it does occur...like this am, it was in NYC...Manhattan...and thus, a BIG ITEM!...thing is, they happen daily, kids...as the powers to be, nonchalantly, bypass any laws that would deter the availability of owning a firearm...especially the rapid fire ones... Don't call me Roger Ebert...but, once in a while, the Horse gives ya'll reviews of thangs...this time a flick...'A Complete Unknown'...took us 3 days to watch it...ah, dinner interrupted the movie...and must say,  that I would give it an A-...the story line is all about Bob Dylan (Zimmerman) and partially, Joan Baez...the emergence of the main character in NYC...the actor, Timothy Chalamet, was spot on...did his own singing...of Dylan...and yes, it was as near as possible...he was nominated for best actor for the Oscar....did not see the other nominees, but, clearly, he could have won...didn't... His name is really, that...although the spelling of Timothy is really Timothee...a US and France combo...for many of you youngins, he is dating one of them KFam gals...and yes, prior to this flick he too, was a complete unknown... So, last eve...we listened to Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits...I have no vinyls of his...unless, Snooki stole one...and thoroughly enjoyed the son...

Top of the morning to all of you...it is a Sunday, still in July....and dang it all, I will try to not talk about the Grand Poopah in my blog, today...ah, let's see how long that goes... My topper is the interest I have for collegiate football...all levels, really....but the highest one, the D-1 cats...sure, as you know, I am  Duck fan...UO...it's been this way, since I was a toddler...$, made me go elsewhere...I had none...+I tried to play hoops...too short, too slow, and had no scratch...get to the point, Horse... The changeover in the leagues of the bigs...the dissolution of the original, er, latest Pac 12...as it will survive, thanks to WSU and OSU...thing is...there are classes of the teams...and woah be to all, the 2 major conferences are now...the SEC and the Big 10 (18)...it's like the other ones have no say, or credence...so, to get your team in the upper echelon, you have to sell your soul to the bigs...those 2 conferences...if you can...it takes money...lots of i...
