My lead yesterday, was the killing in the Gaslamp Quarter down here in SoCal...more info came out, about why and how it was stopped... the reason for it, is still not known to the public ... the killer is 32 and lives down here, somewhere...in a high rise? ...he was angry and the story goes...he was walking the 5th Avenue, bumping into people...looking for an altercation...with the intent to shoot whomever decided to chest up to him... He shot and killed a valet from the Pendry ...a hotel right directly across from where we first lived in SD... then calmly walked north and was surrounded by some guys...he shot them all ...with what is called a 'ghost gun' ...more on that later...then started walking away again... A good samaritan, and others...BTW...let's call them brave people beyond belief....pursues the killer...here is where the story turns...a concerned guy, Justin Larrabee ...we need to let out this HERO's name to the public...as he asked a person who was tail...

I heard the sirens...the seemingly never ending Fire Trucks roaming the streets of a 'big city' ...some call it CITY LIFE ...as there are so many people living like this, in high rises here in Downtown San Diego .....this you already know from my blog...a restatement... I peer down on the hustle, bustle, and commotion of it all...from but 5 floors up...enough for moi ...anyhoo, did see lots of the same about when I left the tele and headed for the bedroom...and then realized, via the web net... we had a shooting and the chaos that comes with ... right down in the Gaslamp ... right across from Marsh's work office...and where we lived for 5ish years ... 1 dead and 4 wounded, or hurt...and the killer in custody ...listen, kids, that is way TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT! ...have no details yet... but this shit is happening everywhere! ...everywhere... Somehow, have to move on from the story...the lead one... At first I thought that the Johnson & Johnson Covid vaccine had a minu...

I guess we are talking the atmosphere, right?...as we are colliding with natural earth habitat and technology ...something like that... EARTH DAY ...as the World did it's own version of modernization... built this, built that, dug this, invented this, let out pollutants in the air we breathe, got here and there faster, using gasoline...and on and on ... destruction to the Earth via mankind...intelligence gone rampant ...who decides what is to be accepted?...each country fights for survival, and does whatever...or so it seems...finally, Prez B is calling for a meeting with the World leaders on this topic ...say what you want about politics, but this step is absolutely needed...warranted...and makes no difference what type of government that country has... if you, they, or anyone, doesn't believe in climate change...it's time to rethink your stance...and the World is the culprit behind it ...Horse out... As the TV coverage of the VERDICT was about to commence...the actual brevity of the deliberation of the jury...made me think that there was going to be a GUILTY. reading by the Judge... HOWEVER , it is a very rare case that this happens to a cop...anywhere ...regardless of 'proof'... BUT , the cell phone video had more impact than anything that could be said... JUSTICE has been served ...and now, what might be the sentencing?... up to 40 years in prison ...hmmm...it takes another 6 weeks before that comes to fruition...might the defense ask for a retrial?...can that happen?...for NOW , it appears that the country can take a deep breath...Chauvin, in handcuffs, has been taken away...incarcerated... I was wondering if there was going to be a statement from those who supported Chauvin ...and nothing came out that I could find...the FOX loon, Tucker Carlson , had something that suggested that the jury acted in fear...right...other than that, nothing I could see that popped in my...

Reports are out that at least half of the USA has had at least one vaccine shot for the Covid thang ...which means we are on the right track...are you one of them, who refuse to get it?...you are only hurting yourself...there are options, there are different ones available, and there are many sites that will administer it... DO IT! ... The Chauvin trial is indeed in deliberation...and, as I led with yesterday, we need to brace ourselves for the VERDICT! ...the fact that it is going on longer than I originally thought...makes me wonder...seems like no one is making predictions on this....they, ah we, are all waiting for our system to work... Both the mighty Padres and the LaLa Bums lost their next games ...figured it...as after a much ballyhooed series is over, there is a letdown...especially in beisbol, where there are so many games played...we, SD, are not hitting the rock...we will, in time...just gotta catch fire... The jury is about to deliberate...in the Chauvin Case...the George Floyd death ...as the officer is declaring that he was following protocol ...in the neck pressure...as the respective lawyers finish their deliberations, then we wait...to see how the jury decides... the verdict ...as many are preparing for the outcome...canceling games in the area...for a few days...precautionary...if found innocent... More shootings , like all over the map again this past weekend...it has gotten to the stage, that I am wondering if I just read about it, then realize... NO , this one is yet another...say what YOU want, but I will say that Congress MUST act...and not 'our thoughts and prayers go out' ... The final game in the 3 set with the Bums ... the mighty Padres got it ...as we finally got some clutch hitting...Hoz...er, Eric Hosmer came thru...as did, oh my, Tommy Pham ...what?...perhaps, he will snap out of his early season doldrums...the pitching held up...and as the pundits were say...

There is a swagger that the LaLa Bums have... that we don't ...and as much as I hate it, they deserve it ... they hit in clutch times, we are still a searching ...it's a fine line, kids...it will close up in the near future...but, there you go, it is still not now...which is what I have said all along...this series is a tell all...where are we?... game 2 went to the Dodgers, in a 2-0 thriller ...I guess, one could call it that... THE catch that Mookie Betts made, was a game saver...
