CRAZY HORSE

There has been way too many times that things like this have happened...recently...and Congress lets it pass...greasing their palms with fresh bills from the likes of the NRA...and then turning their heads to the issue of gun control in our country...hey, it's not the only thing that is needed to correct this type of tragedy...but, it is a major step...why on good earth does anyone...anyone...need a semi-automatic anything?...hand gun, rifle, shoot, anything?... Yesterday I watched and felt the sickening, disheartening, numbing sensation of the latest of so many macabre...how would you react?...both as a worker and as a parent...how the lives of every one of those people involved will be changed...forever... OK, Congress, do your job right...WE WILL ALL BE WATCHING... There was a guy on the Pearce(sp) Morgan Show last night that actually was speaking on behalf of the gun litigation crap...and Pearce lit into him...so frustrating that people like that have the ignorance to pop of...

When will this senseless killing cease? ...another shooting...in an elementary school in Connecticut ...my pleas for yesterday, Peace on Earth ...and my feelings about gun control...it all saddens and sickens me at the same time...I don't know... Makes all my rants and raves about sports seem so frivolous and minute ...inescapable deranged behavior by some very sick people...this has got to change...

Good morning all...skipped 12-12-12 posting, cuz I was on the links...another 70* day... BUT , today is another day...and it is raining...like real stuff...and Snooki, of course you figured out the "O'de to Billie Joe" question...good on you...pass the biscuits, please... Babba Wawwa had her top ten influential people on last night...General Patreius ranked numero uno...what?...ha ha...which intrigued me enough to list my top ten wishes of this year's Xmas... Number 10 ... Gun Control. ..how many times can you kill a deer with an assault rifle...is this a "game?"...the latest of many atrocities happened in my old state of Oregon...a shooting at a mall...how many times do things like this have to happen before Congress rejects the lobbyist's money and does the right thing?...as usual, follow the money to see who has their hands in the till... Number 9 ... Dual Rules For Golf ...Pro and the rest of us...it is a brutally slow game that we play...b...

This is our modern day gladiator sport ... football ...the US of A just lurves it...from Pop Warner all the way up to the NFL ...starts with a fun little activity for the kids, to a big money making job for the very big...and talented...like many of the pro sports...except, this one is a tad bit more lethal...and possibly debilitating...what is being found out now...after many blokes being rendered unconscious...or being banged up good...is the concussion ...you know, the brain being jarred a bit... Let's be honest here...the peops absolutely go crazy in their viewing of some huge hit on the opponent... the oohs and aahs are deafening...I'm going to tell you right now, that there are guys that are meant to be in that arena...just like in the gladiators way back when... And it seems that the normal peops of the sport want to find a way to police these big hits ...make them legal...sort of...just don't hit with your head, or get hit in the head...and many of those though...

At least they are trying to mediate... Prez O and not my fav, Behner ...met yesterday at the White House...attempting to find a compromise to avoid the "fiscal cliff" ...on a Sunday...indeed...must have been bad golf weather, eh John... The Lake Show is borderline miserable ....losing this time at home to the bad traveling Jazz ...who had a very easy time destroying the Lakers...yup, I said destroying...this time, World Peace (ha ha) sat out the 4th...I'm not sure I see promise on the horizon for them...have to admit, I lurve to see them lose...sorry LA fans, but it's true...my Blazer blood is very thick... HOWEVER ...I am extremely excited at the play of the Clips ...you must watch them...it's the way the NBA blokes should play... Who would have thunk how the Amazing Race ended up...the most feeble of all the teams...won...quite often, this tandem wouldn't even finish a task...yet, by the luck of the timing of it all...persevered....and found the la...

Good Sunday morning , kids...how's the weekend going?...first and foremost, I was wrong about the Heisman ... Johnny Football of A & M won it...first freshman ever...nothing more than great producing...he's a good one, but there are others out there better...another awards thinger that's always subjective... Seems like there is a lot of buzz about the Manny fight ...oops, he got KO'd...I didn't see a moment of it...was at our 3rd party of the week...and, I might add, am so tired...today is a rest day... Did catch the fun rival game ... Army versus Navy ...this was a good one..close to the very end...as the Middies held on to their recent (like 20 year) domination...both teams run a triple option O and it is filled with turnovers...and the Old Grey Line fumbled on the 12 going in...as their QB fell apart as he never beat Navy...high sports drama... Hey, I got out to play golf yesterday...now, it was mid 70's...not my score, the weather...but I was...
