An ongoing issue for the past 6 months, maybe longer, is the trade war with our biggest competitor... China ...continual threats of increased tariffs...to a country that seemingly makes a lot...make that perfectly clear, LOTS of items we purchase...thus, along with the increased tariffs, comes an increased price tag for the common man or woman...in the USA...just speaketh the truth, you Repubs...for some reason, and I have no idea why...there has been a sudden truce brought forth by the two nations... A TRUCE ...so that the leaders (?) Trump , and Xi , can sit down and foster up a NEW trade agreement ...I dunno, kids, it smells to me a bit...fishy...hope my instincts are wrong... No truce for a couple of Prez...from our country...as Jimmy Carter suggested that Trump won his seat due to the influence of Russia ...he wouldn't have otherwise...of course, the na na na na, of Donny couldn't let it go...and called Carter 'a bad President'...'terrible and a forgot...

Maybe, just maybe, the varsity was indeed, last eve ...as the Demos fought it out for recognition for a spot on the ticket for Prez in 2020 ...4 of the early leaders were there in Miami... Biden, Bernie, Kamala, and Mayor Pete ...like nobody wants to tackle his last name...and there were 6 others, itching to climb the polls...same inept moderators as the night before...the stage was set... What happened could not be scripted... out of the pack, emerged a clear winner of the debate...cool, calm, with a very presidential mannerism, that SHE has in her system ... Kamala Harris stood out...I can see the Repubs a scrambling right now...dig up as much as they can on her...Trump has to find a nickname for the newby... there must be skeletons... No, she was not alone as a positive... Mayor Pete , had his moments...pushing the idea of youth in the party... Bernie , too, was solid...if not, repetitive in his ideas, that he had 4 years ago... the one that faltered , was the early on poll ...

Morning, kids...did you watch the Demos candy peops slug it out in round 1 of their presidential journey?...some have called this nite, the JV game ...hardly... 'let's be clear' ...ah, how many times will you hear this for the next year and a half?...let's see, they gather in South Carolina, then move to Miami for the airing of the debates...got me confused...so much for clarity... Were there winners? ...man, it is so hard to stand out in a group of 10 , basically saying the same sort of thangs... the issues were taxation, border concerns, pharmaceuticals, and the cost of college ...fair to say that there were some others, but not in a robust manner...interestingly, not enough bashing of Trump ...by this crew...and, the other, the lack of getting after the front runner, Joe Biden ... So it comes down to how you say what you feel... who has the best delivery ....as the analysts queried afterward, who seemed the most presidential?...this is so biased...but I fe...

We finally as a Nation, can hear from the investigator himself...as Robert Mueller is going to honor the subpoena...show up at the Congressional hearings...in 2 committees...LIVE...on July 17...I think this will either jump start, or put to bed, the notion of the 'impeachment' of Donald J Trump...this is a good thing, and whatever the revelations, I will be satisfied...ah, I think...mark it down on your calendar, kids...then, we will talk... The first of the two South Carolina (?).... egads, these blokes and ladies were in Miami ...debates are on this eve....the 2nd, mañana...more really good stuff...the featured person tonite is Eliz Warren...tomorrow is the Biden, Bernie, Kamala, and Pete show...yup, I will be a watching and talking after...my eyes and ears are a waiting...and, my mind is certainly not made up... My quick take from the debate...not enough pooh on Trump OR Biden...weird... The mighty Padres got some pitching...in their opener in Baltimore...some blasts ...

As we traverse through the forever set of POLLS that emerge for the 2020 Prez election...the one that came out yesterday, was a bit of a shocker...for everyone who is mildly interested...the leader of the Demos is a runway... Elizabeth Warren ...at 37%! ... followed by Bernie ...then down the line was VP Biden...hmmm...they are just POLLS ...but, there was an interview of the campaign mgr of Bernie on CNN, and they continued to bring up this CHANGE at the top...for moi, it is BEWILDERING! ...let's see what South Carolina and their debates do to this... Trump initiated more stringent sanctions on Iran...who responded quickly and demonstratively...calling them absurd...amongst other things...and declared all diplomacy is forever closed with the USA... they will not NEGOTIATE! ...we have got ourselves into a total mess...let me be perfectly clear... the issue is Trump...and his lack of ability to deal with nations ...the facade that got him elected...ALL NATIONS!... His VP Pen...

Morning, kids...the Horse is hitting the links this am...so, this is one of them quickees...I trust your weekend was wonderful... The mighty Padres were far from that over their time in Pitt...losing all 3 of the frays...yesterday, was the worst...squandering 3 runs leads in the 9th and 11th...relief pitching the culprit...get out of town, limping...pooh... The Iran crisis is ramping up...just how Trump handles this, is unknown...a true test of his leadership...as the Iranians have boasted that they will take down more drones...apparently, we have many flying about...did YOU know this?...there is so much, we don't know... Not sure why, but the Futures were up this morning...signaling a banner day for the DOW...perhaps, a new high...I have no idea what this is all about...none... The 22 day trip was really a cheap way to travel...well, add on the cost of the gas...the price of Cosmo...the site charge...still, much more frugal than staying in a hotel...like lots less... P...

And now there are 24 ... candy peops for the Democratic presidency ...(P?)...ah, not sure about the cap or not...most will be in the great state of South Carolina ...to debate and show their wares... can they be the one that steps up and challenges Trump? ...if, that is, he survives the rest of his term...let's go at this from the other angle...the legitimacy of the need for change...that, the Repubs will not do...maybe...I keep telling ya that the powerful Koch Bros will NOT endorse Donny... The leaders are Biden, Bernie, Eliz Warren, Kamala, and Pete ...and if, they continue as such, the orange clown will give them nicknames for his base to refer to them...as the debates emerge, so will the numbers that are so needed to raise the cash to further their goal as the President...at least, for the Demo side...got it?...lookie here, Beto has surpassed Pete as number 5...hmmm... The items that they will endorse are what most Democrats shoot for...every time there is an electio...
