HEY!...how are you all? ...as we are wading thru like the perfect weather pattern down here in SoCal...finally... high 70's and cooler at night ...so we can have the windows open ALL the time...light breezes...as YOU know, we added screens to our doors and windows a couple of seasons back...thus, we are virtually bug free!...listen, kids, we are all seeking NIRVANA ... No, I am not a Buddhist , but the concept is there...and has been excepted into the bloody English language for some time... perfect tranquility is the goal ...let's see...we are relatively healthy...wait, my back went out on the 5th hole...damn...OK, but overall, we are doing damn well...this will be temporary...I reckon...the condo is in tip top shape, with all that needed repairs have been made...the rigs are good...the tv and cable situation has been fixed... Nirvana is near...so, then why do we seek elsewhere? ...ah ha...good question...we feel the need for a new journey... another thing to tackle ....

We finally have made it to Friday...c'mon, its the weekend!...well now, it feels like it...how is your weather where you live?...yesterday was the HOTTEST day ever on the earth...EVER! ...ah, what global warming, Donny?...well into the 100's in our desert to the east of us...can't imagine...as we actually debated that move... However, we did get an extreme shake up ...in a meeting to determine whether or not to sell our condo ...the round table discussion had that the pricing in downtown SD will PROBABLY continue to drop for the next 3-5 years...sobering, don't ya'll think, if you live where we do...and puts the impetus to sell now...what I say is A REALITY CHECK! ... Much to consider...as, for you have followed me for awhile...know that we have feinted moves to Kensington, Nashville, Maui, Palm Springs, and now...to Bend...Oregon ...yea, we are vagabonds...and, due to Marsh being retired...we have the freedom to go where we want....ah, monetarily speaking...

So much was said and written yesterday...as the Futures were right on... disastrous day for the Market ...down 800 points in the DOW...which led to the 'experts' singing the recession tune ...maybe correctly...but, there were those who said to just do...nothing...in fact, put it out of your mind...ah, right...anyhoo, the Futures were moderately UP this am. ..so, let's see where this goes...or, for you who are not paying attention to it...who cares?... Every once in a while something comes along the web net, that intrigues the heck out of moi ...at first, it disturbed me, then, I had to dig deeper to see what is really going on...and realized that what it is NOW , was not what it was THEN ...I am talking about ICE ...
