How about THAT! ...the University of Oregon Ducks won the Pac 12 Title last eve...convincingly... 37-15 ...and has (have?) won the rights to go on to the coveted big daddy of all bowls...the Rose Bowl ...let's get into it... Utah came into the game, heavily favored ...with a reputation of having the most solid and ferocious defense on the western side of the country...fear them...their line is extraordinary...the east coast pundits all but gave the match to them...in and on the airwaves...the miked up crew of Herbstreit and Fowler ...who called the fray, were pumped to help get this winner into the Final 4...with the expected mauling of the Ducks... Not so fast, boys...I get where they were coming from...as they we're in the broadcast for BOTH of the Oregon losses...Auburn and Arizona St...BUT...last night was different...from the get go...the Duck line, both on O and D ... were the dominant ones...BIG TIME! ...the first that the Utes had been handled like this... ...

I have no idea how this popped into me brain this am...but recall back in the 60's...wait, how many can do that?...ha ha...well, for us who can, there was this word that described a personality trait of someone...not sure if it was good or bad...positive or negative...lucky or not... Alas, me thinks that most every Monday , is now CYBER MONDAY. ..with the craziness of web net shopping ...hey now, I do it too...it is much easier to scan for items on the computer, than getty on up to the local mall...that is, if ya'll still have one...our closest, has but one store in it...Macy's...really... gone is everything else ...there are other malls, some flourishing...but, are in the outskirts of town, in actual housing development areas...my point?...easier to shop at home... Morning, all!...the Holiday Season is officially now upon us... Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and then the countdown to the day of days , Christmas ... extremely special this year , as the kids and their kid, will join us ...that is in the future...and as I have said often over time, anticipation , is one of the best things in life...
