Morning, kids...did you realize there are only 15 shopping days left before Christmas? ...egads, I better start now...you have a list, and checking it twice?...oops...I've got one in front of me...you see, we do stockings...so...the 'gifts' have to be of the smaller variety...right?... The news out of DC, is that the Russians may have hacked into the Republican voting system...what?...our CIA can find that out and yet...not block it?...if it smells fishy, it must be fishy...and yes, you must trust anything our government sends out to us....hmmm... Here's my deal...I think that we are lax...in the CIA ...call me silly...but, if I were in charge, I'd be hiring a regiment of 'geeks' to bolster our system on the web net...I don't think we do this... Guliani took his name out of being the new Sec of St...seems like he always is taking his name out of things...he was a huge supporter of Trump along the campaign trail...just an odd thing...in fact, he...

Now that the air is clearing from the Jill Stein fiasco ...let's get on with the making this country great _____...wait, the campaign rhetoric has to stop...however, I have to go back and clean up something that has been bugging me for most of the year, 2016...actually, it has been simmering in me brain for longer... I declare myself independent ...for a good reason...the Democrat Party elite ...who have a strangle hold on the party ...and that ticks me off...the platform?...I dig it...it's the method that they use to get their choice in...notice, I said "THEIR CHOICE" ... They do this by keeping the sham of all shams... the Super Delegates ...party 'power house' people who vote for the best interests of the common man and woman , who do so dearly, want to be Democrats...before you actually get to vote for whom YOU want...they announce early on who the SD's are voting for...to entice you to follow, I suppose... it's all a plan, kids...totally...

You made your holiday COSTCO run yet?...we did yesterday...on our way back from Solano Beach...yes, our dawg, Sammi , won out...first, to the shopping...we stopped at the one on Moreno Dr...the hardest part of this all, is finding a parking spot...you got that right... Passing by the smells of the freshly cooked pizza , is tough, too....where there are countless peops sitting and eating that...along with the hot dog and coke special ... we always look to see if we will see Snooki there again ... a well known connoisseur of the afore mentioned... What must you get there? ...our staples are t he nuts, Excedrin (duh), vitamins, tooth paste, mouth wash, batteries, meats, wine, tp, trash bags, clothing tabs. ..and then...the new fangled things that may make our life easier...which takes the bill above $200 ...BTW, what is the deal with the dude at the exit checking the receipt?... Fuggit about the matchup with the Clip Joint and the Warriors ... no match ...I tell ya, there ...

The Ducks finally got off the schneid and hired their new head coach ...not a bumped up assistant that they have been doing in the last 20 years...but a dude who has turned a program around...is young, energetic, likes the offensive side of the game... Willie Taggart ...40 years young...from USF...like South Florida...well, he is gonna be in a shock when he finds a place to live in Eugene....da weather is mighty different... his background is excellent and now the real story begins...who he surrounds himself with...and more importantly, who he recruits...by all accounts, the players buy into him...I am optimistic... You know, Brad Bohunk , was available, too... The Voice ...as I have been saying for quite some time now...the quality of the unfound 'singer' has dwindled...I think it's cuz of too many of these type of shows...anyway, the final 5 were on last eve...I have NOT been watching...and me thinks that these are just average at best...sorry, you who love this ...

I'm here cuz I'm not there...on the links ...me bad thumb still bad...anyway, we did go vinyl shopping yesterday...got some great discs...probably the best Xmas one I've heard in quite some time...really... Blake Shelton ...has duets all over it...released on vinyl last year...and I got this ...gulp, NEW! ...it was made back when Miranda and he were they ...ha ha... The other is a signed, yes signed... Lennon Sisters ...what?...their Christmas (Noel) vinyl from...has to be in the 50's...well, it was 1968...get this... the value on Ebay is $100 ...and that is unsigned... all 4 gals signed this...you don't even know who they are, do ya?...great harmonies... featured way back on the Lawrence Welk Show ...a onsa and a twosa.... Think that the GS Warriors aren't figuring things out?...they lambasted the hot Pacers...getting the ball to the crazy shooting Klay Thompson ...who had a cool 60 ...what?...in less than 30 minutes of playing time...you do the math...

Morning, kids... the week of Dec 5 is already upon us...pretty much have a grab bag of topics for you...and some of them just might be the truth...er, accurate...which we all strive for... ACCURACY in reporting...right?... I just started a new NETFLIX series, by Oliver Stone ...I bring up the blog title due to his rendition of "Kennedy" , the flick that really stretched the truth...at least, in my eyes...well, this set has to do with that sort of thing... HISTORY ...hmmm...I watched the first episode...it was on the WWII...I found it FASCINATING ...check it out...I had no idea the series existed....and, I hope, it is accurate...dang these film director dudes, they make it that way... The Final 4 ...did not include Michigan...whew!...it does have the Dawgs and 'Bama in round one...and Clemson and Ohio St in the other game...OK... SDSU is going to Vegas to play Houston...also, I like this...I looked at all 40 matchups, and did not see the Ducks anywhere?...w...

Cold morning here in the hood... 56* ...where is my sweater?...or onesie?...anyway, how ya"ll doing?...the main topic today is why we use Xmas in lieu of Christmas? ...well, some of us...fact is, it is easier to type... Had no idea but the origination of it was back in the 1700's ...really... a Greek abbreviation thinger...and it took off... Christians rebelled as it seemed to them, that people were taking Christ out of the meaning of it all...there you go, in a nutshell... Merry Xmas, er, Merry Christmas ... YOUR choice... The college football final 4 fiasco... the D-1 dummies , who continue to find ways to keep the money making 'bowl games' ...give it the 'not good for the students' line, to stop much of the playoffs...like in all other D-1 sports...hey, the real students are playing D 2&3...and they HAVE playoffs...anyway, I'll just buy into this...and talk about the teams...
