CRAZY HORSE

Hey it takes about 30 seconds to get the sound from the shuttle blast to reach us on the beach...fantastic...it is said to be the last one of it's kind from the US...sad...don't cut back science, my friends...there were over one million spectators for this launch...took forever for the traffic to clear out in the afternoon... The blog has been sputtering and not printing...the ipad may be the issue...there is a new format and it just be not up to ipad abilities....boo... Speaking of boo...the Pads are back to their horrendous hitting ways...their pitching?  Top notch...the hitting is beyond bad...boo...read about their near close no-hitter...but, SD can't score a run , so it's all for naught...boo... Meeting the worst for a dinner at the strip club...now, that ought to get you a thinkin...

The final sentencing is on the tube....everywhere...regardless of how you feel about the case, the defense is far superior to the prosecution...oops, that's a feeling...Casey Anthony has drawn a huge throng of naysayers to her innocence surrounding the court...very scary situation...I am watching the deliberation as I am writing... I see the Pads got beat in 14 last night by the Giants...blew it in the 8th...dang already... Stormy weather here today, as it may linger and delay the shuttle Launch scheduled for tomorrow... I can not tell you enough about how much fun it is to boogie boarding in the warm waters of the Atlantic...we got to do it 4 times thus far...hope to get the opportunity a couple more times... This judge is exceptional...

The news of the day certainly was the acquittal of Casey Anthony...for me, I have said all along it reminded me of the OJ trial...and the state didn't do a good job...and the defense did a great job...it is all sad, really... The Padres win the first two AT SF!...never would I have figured that...against 2 realy good pitchers... We rode the waves twice yesterday and it was sooooo fun....I did laugh a bit too much when Marsh took a face plant in the sand...waves were real big...89 degrees...we've been lucky as the storms have stayed inland...there is the final manned shuttle lift off scheduled for Friday...plan on watching it...duh... Off to the infamous Waffle House...

I tell you, the only thing on tv here in Cocoa Beach, is the Casey Anthony trial...because the death happened in Orlando, it is huge! All stations, and I mean all are covering it...really sad occurrence...it has the feeling of the OJ thing... The Pads lost 2 of 3 at Seattle...losing the rubber match to a first time starter...so...good bye Ludwig...on the other hand, congrats to Heath Bell for his naming to the NL All Star team... The weather has been awesome...we are going boogie boarding after lunch...got a couple of boards at Ron Jon,s for $6 and $9 respectively...cheap thrill, huh...but...they, too, were made in China...geez, what isn't? Happy 4th America!
