Oh my, the ending of the UO Ducks and the Cal Bear game... was eerily similar to the last Ducky game...with Stanford ... EXCEPT , this time the cheating refs didn't call a bogus PI...and the Green prevailed...it was such, that even the 'analysts' called the finish 'Re Dux' ...here we go again...still, this Duck team is not playing up to it's ability....which means, in the Horse book, there is better stuff to come...will need it, as they travel to LaLa next week to take on Chip's Bruins... Staying in FB... SDSU at San Jose...get this, ended in a 6-6 regular time...yes, that's right 6 to 6...the analysts commented, 'it was the worst game he had ever been involved in, throughout his career'...and... there was a combined 3 TD's scored in double OT...the Aztecs are still undefeated... So many people said happy birthday to moi...via text and FB... I am so fortunate to have good friends ...to take the time to say something...5 stars... The Pappy?...

Trying to convince Snooki, that he could like a country sanger...like trying to convert a forever to the Demo side of life ... Chris Janson, put on a fabulous show ...he writes his own stuff, he is multi-talented, plays the harmonica, the guitar, the piano, and the drums...and bounces about...tells his stories and is totally enthralling...after about 15 minutes, Snooki was hooked...he has been turned... This was out at Sycuan, in their new addition to the casino ...it is truly a beaut...had a fine dinner at Bull and Bourbon...just a funish time...thx to he and the Boss Lady for the excursion... The Bums won ...albeit, the last strike was a called one, from the 1B ump...ugly miss...too bad, as these guys should have that looked at by the eye in the sky... don't finish cuz of a bum call...literally a BUM call for the Bums ...anyhoo, on LA goes to take on the Atlanta BRAVES...oh crap, the bloody tomahawk chop crowd...so, I am reluctantly pulling for the Dodgers...solely cuz of that......

We have an upcoming Cosmo trip on the books ... via the 101 ... right in the path of that bloody fire north of Santa Barbara! ... the Alisal Fire ...as I write this am, that highway is closed...so we may have to be mighty CREATIVE to navigate past it... like go up and over the mountain, on a very disgusting road ...which is one route...we shall search out others, too...we still have time...perhaps, they will open it back up by the time we traverse thataway.... The 'one and done' playoff game with the Bums at the Giants is tonight...seems to me, that these are the 2 best teams in the league...unfortunately, they are in the same division and in the same side of the bracket.. .there is more drama in this matchup, then all the others combined ...it's true... We have people around us who want and sometimes, need, to travel across the borders to either Mexico or Canada .. .now, if fully vaccinated, they can...just been approved ... as the country is apparently coning out of the pandemic...man, I read in the Statesman in Salem, Oregon, that their cases of Covid are up!...as are their deaths...ah, well, I dunno...how are all the colleges around the Nation doing?...we seem to have no data... suddenly, and I do mean, suddenly, we have almost quit talking and writing about it...weird as it comes... I was awakened by some smoke filtering thru the window of the bedroom ...ah, what?...weird, as there was no visible smoke outside...normally it is dense stuff...not this time, as we have high winds...I think coming from the north...the closest is north of Santa Barbara...hmmm, what is going on?... JON GRUDEN , the former HC of the Las Vegas Raiders... was let go due to emails he had sent in the past...let's just say he was not the most intelligent human out there when it came to race relations ...all types...sad commentary on him as a person... Whatever it is called... 'Indigenous Peoples Day' ...OK, whatever...
