Good Tuesday morning, my good friends...it is February the 4th...as we all awaken to the news...well, the news that I deem appropriate to write about...some call it 'The Horse News'...ah, I do...my top topic is the vote by the Senate for both Jr, and Tulsi, today...are they going to be confirmed?...the anticipation is that the votes are to be very, very close...both are extremely NOT QUALIFIED, but that's not my decision to make...or yours...we are at the mercy of the senators that YOU and I voted into office...the blocks of Demos and repubs, are doing their thang...and it takes just a few of them...to vote the right way...their conscience...and put these noms back in the hands of...lordy, trump...hmmm, if they go down, they still have Boebert and MTG...how about that for a conundrum....

I am totally bemused by the antics of The Threats Autocrat...who feels like his method of fear to other countries is by tariffing them...how's that going, orange?...let's see...both Mexico and Canada, our neighbors and supposed allies, are getting a trump reprieve of 30 days...big whoopdedoo...and poor old China....where we seemingly have most everything made and shipped back to us...they countered and are tariffing trump, and damn it all, us...15%...on US coal and liquified natural gas...does it ever enter YOUR mind, that he is way over his head squatting in the White House?...

Ah, the other stuff...

Did ya'll watch the Grammys?...we did...and yes, I did not know any of the songs...not sure how on earth the one that was the winner could possibly be the best in the year...is it even a song?...it did have lyrics...the thing that I noticed more than ever...was that the people were dressed up, not down...the fact that Beyonce won the best country album, was a total joke...she didn't win that at the CMA's...I have it and there is one good song on it...the Beatles cover...and that's not even country...other than that, JCC...and yes, in my estimation, there was an immense amount of garbage that was 'sung'...

Total fallout on the NBA trade of Luka and the Brow...the pendants had a field day...me thinks, it gave them great fodder for their line of work...geez, they both are brittle...and if they both finish a season not on the IR, it will be a miracle...let alone the fact that Luka is the laziest defensive player in the league...good luck with the tongue lashing that LeBron will be giving him...ah, James is not the best defender, either...the Lake Show will score, and give up more...the line I heard the most...Luka is but 25...and seems 35, kids...

Friars rumor mill...that SP Dylan Cease is about to be traded to da Cubbies...as we part ways with another solid performer from last season...it's hard to have faith in the faithless...

The smut talk...doesn't take JLo much time to find a new man, after she losses her true last lover...how tall is Taylor anyhow?...Reese talks about bad mouthing a star, Kate Winslet....then says it was all a hoax...Kanye has another puppet to embarrass...not sure about the new Idol Show...still ticked at Carrie...BTW, perhaps a bit too much botox?...just saying...what others are...

Chip is going to the NFL now, after his stint as OC at Ohio St...now will be the OC at the Raiders, working for the new HC, Pete Carroll...seems to me, a great match...

Finally in Washington...there was a topic of conversation...to name their NFL team...back to the Redskins...the owners said NO!...they remain as the Commandoskins...
