Another Gulf Storm


Reality, is what many are enduring in the states of Louisiana and Texas..the latest storm, named 'Laura'...the 12th storm this year...projected to be as devastating as a Cat 4...the weather service is telling us, that it may be a Cat 2 as it hits shore...and inland...9 feet of surging...for an area that is at sea level, and below...for those, who brace and brave through these constantly happening terror striking storms, I give you all the strength you need...to stay there and somehow handle it...

Further up north, in Wisconsin...the shooting of the black man by a policeman...has taken center stage...people are protesting it...the NBA, MLB, WNBA, and on and on...the racial division is still...HERE...the sentiments given by the LA Clipper head coach Doc Rivers...says so much, and the words resonate..."We keep loving this country, and this country doesn't love us back"...Doc is a black man and his dad was a cop...a good one...

In DC, where the rights of a convention are tested again...using the backdrop of the White House in a campaign...Trump, his family, and hanger on blokes...have theirs culminating this eve...with Orange accepting the nom tonight...last nite, the stage was set for the thrilling Mike Pence speech...I forgot about another fam member, Erik's wife...how many fam have spoken?...gosh, Ivanka and Jared are left...well, and papa bear...

I walked out on my deck and just let the wind blow in me face...noticed this dude, a 'normal' appearing one...walk down Market St...ah, literally...in the street...what would possess someone to do that?...not stopping for any red lights...cruising, the wrong way, mind you...the actual street and NOT the sidewalk...I dunno, kids...

Might it be the pull of the moon?...and, what is with the 'jumping over the moon?'...I can see dancing in the moonlight (King Harvest)...even moon over Mi-hammy...perhaps a Harvest Moon?...song by Neil Young...oh, BTW, you MUST listen and watch 'Foxes and Fossils' version of this on YouTube...full moon, half moon, quarter moon...what does that all mean?...walking on the moon...I get that...or a bad moon rising (CCR)...fly me to the moon?...maybe even a Moondance...hey, how about a Neon Moon?...Mr Moonlight?...or a moonlight serenade...blue moon?...blue moon of Kentucky?...Moon river?...man, even a moon shadow...

There was this dude in my early youth...on the tele in Portland, Orygun...his name was Mr. Moon...he hosted a kids show...cartoons and all...had youngins at his set, it was a big deal to get on there...you know...his head, was this Huge Moon...anyhoo, he ended his show...literally, with a blow out...couldn't take it anymore...cussed a blue streak, threw his gigantic Moon head off and stormed out...


Speaking of huge...Orange is mysteriously quiet on the Tweeting this am...must be writing his speech out...

Lefty went into the seniors tour, called the Champions now, and whupped them oldsters...he is now of age...it's a pattern...as the golfers turn 50, they are then ROOKIES on the senior tour...and quite often make a splash in their first T...you know, I think he won $450 grand for the win...

The BMW starts up today, for the youngins...still think that Tiger and Bubba would be the group to watch...

Speaking of the BMW, we take ours into the dealership for the 10,000 mile service...it's almost been 3 years and just NOW have 10 thou miles on it...

Did you know...that Kanye is still on the ballot in some states?...whew...and I thought that my vote wouldn't count...

Now, I wouldn't want to give you erroneous information...but, Donny has suggested that he and Joe Biden take drug tests prior to the debates....ah, what?...how about blood pressure tests?...or, IQ tests?...hey, maybe a literacy test?...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
