The MLB Draft

Parity is what they call it...the worst team drafts first...unless they trade that away and then the hard part comes...because they are probably one of the poorest teams in the league and that's one of the reasons why they are the worst...then they try to sign their top draft with the least amount of money in all of baseball....let's look at what the top pick, Stephen Strasburg and his agent, expect to get paid for signing....$50 mill...the Padres entire payroll for the year is about $40...for the entire team...so what's the chance of the parity happening? Now I know that it's the Washington Nationals who have the option of signing him...but...
The Padres picked 3rd and drafted a high school CF out of Georgia...he has the same agent that runs Strasburg...
The Padres lost to the Dodgers last night as Kooz shows he is not a major league hitter, that CYoung is a gopher ball pitcher, that Clay Meredith has no right being in the big leagues, that the Pads miss SHairston big time, and why on earth are they waiting to bring up Kyle Blanks and bat him right after AGonzo?
So creepy but...the line last night on the Magic/Lakers game was 4 favoring the Magic...final score was Orlando 108-LA 104......................................what?
