Close the deal


Jake Peavy could not have pitched much better last night in the Padre's game at the Dodgers...but it wasn't good enough as his team mates could not muster up ONE RUN...and the Pads walked in the winning run in the bottom of the 9th and lost 1-0....OMG
I have yet to hear if Rondo is suspended for the next and final game between the Celts and the Bulls...he should be as the throwing incident is grounds for sure...we'll see how the League handles it...I hope $ doesn't rule...
The Derby furnished the racing world with a wondrous long shot out of New Mexico, a $9500 dollar horse...great ride by Calvin Borel and it was but a 50-1 shot that stunned the track...
Finally, the swine flu that appears to be crippling the nation, just shows us how vulnerable humans are to disease...still...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
