The jury is about to deliberate...in the Chauvin Case...the George Floyd death...as the officer is declaring that he was following protocol...in the neck pressure...as the respective lawyers finish their deliberations, then we wait...to see how the jury decides...the verdict...as many are preparing for the outcome...canceling games in the area...for a few days...precautionary...if found innocent...

More shootings, like all over the map again this past weekend...it has gotten to the stage, that I am wondering if I just read about it, then realize...NO, this one is yet another...say what YOU want, but I will say that Congress MUST act...and not 'our thoughts and prayers go out'...

The final game in the 3 set with the Bums...the mighty Padres got it...as we finally got some clutch hitting...Hoz...er, Eric Hosmer came thru...as did, oh my, Tommy Pham...what?...perhaps, he will snap out of his early season doldrums...the pitching held up...and as the pundits were saying, all of beisbol was watching this matchup...16 more times, they play this season...intensity in these frays...cool...

Just watched this...the Gaslamp erupted after the win last eve...we hate the Bums...hmmm, we were at Mortons, having just an awesome meal...a couple of blocks away...it was the last nite of 'restaurant week'...$50 buck full dinners...

Taped Idol and the ACM's and did not watch 'em yet...did read the results this am...nope, do not agree with the voting, but that is the way it goes...does sound like there were some very nice performances tho...

Didn't take KimK long to get out and date after she split with Kanye...not sure of the protocol, but she sets her own, I reckon...the best body that money can buy...

How about a feel good thang?...the family Cink...Stewart, his son as his caddy...and the rest of the clan, were in attendance as the daddy won the RBC Heritage in South Carolina on the PGA Tour...he is 47 and whupped all them youngins trying to chase him...won by 4 strokes and that's a stomp in my book...

There is a bill that is being bantered about in Congress, upping the Supreme Court numbers from 9 to 13...just like what the Repubs said all along in the last race...I doubted it, but now, I bow down to their fear...er, prediction...to be fair, how many jurors are there in a jury?...
