Da Bums Again

There is a swagger that the LaLa Bums have...that we don't...and as much as I hate it, they deserve it...they hit in clutch times, we are still a searching...it's a fine line, kids...it will close up in the near future...but, there you go, it is still not now...which is what I have said all along...this series is a tell all...where are we?...game 2 went to the Dodgers, in a 2-0 thriller...I guess, one could call it that...THE catch that Mookie Betts made, was a game saver...

Down 1 and our management does NOT go to our normal 8th and 9th inning RP's...and we give up a dinger, to stretch the deficit to two...why we continue to trot out Pham, is beyond moi...can't hit...slow bat...we have better options...finally, in a very 'big' game, why sit Hosmer?...fuggit about lefty on lefty...how many runs did we score while he was sitting on the pine?...right...ZERO!...figure it out, brass...

The young 19 yr old killer at the Fed Ex plant...was on the radar of the authorities...'they' confiscated a gun he had...and get this...he legally bought 2 rapid fire rifles, just prior to his carnage...hmmm, which begs the Q, is it too easy to purchase these weapons of mass destruction?...and why oh why should the general public need 'em?...or be able to get them...'our thoughts and prayers'...right...

On the PGA tour, this dude is running away from the youngins....at Harbour Town, South Carolina...Stewart Cink...up 5 with the 18 holes to go...kinda funny, that some of the long hitters, pass up this T...too short for them...is there such a thing?...guess so...

We took a bike ride around town yesterday...for youse unaware, San Diego...started on the bay, and the convention center...where there are hundreds of 'border crossers' housed there...you would not know...different than when the homeless were sheltered there, just a few months ago...they were strewing about...and so were the cops...then headed into the Gaslamp...which, my good friends, was absolutely SLAMMED!...

Yes, we did make out to the Record Store...and I did buy some gems...one being a signed Burton Cummings...ah, the lead sanger of the Guess Who...and some Johnny Mathis, who remains to this day, as near flawless in his vocals...I wished the owners a happy Record Store Day...and they scoffed at it...said it was in June or something...so, my source said otherwise...take it, blokes, and be happy...

A good place to add the worst song of the day...you know, I thrive in this negative world...sad, don't you think?...'She Bangs' by William Hung...to give full credit for this debacle, it really goes out to Ricky Martin....but you, the public, actually bought the Idol version that Hung put out...oh my, it was turrible...BUT, Snooki had it on his workout tape...there you go...

Speaking of weather...well, Snooki sent a text and bragged it was 84* in Salem yesterday...that he had to turn on his swamp cooler...close your eyes, but he said he had to put on his 'wife beater' shirt and speedo....you think that the south has the market on such stuff?...we are supposed to get into the 84 range...so, we reserved a spot at the pool...now, the weather ladies are saying more like 80*...a query for ya...what TV station doesn't have a weather lady now?...

Have you seen this?...the government is now releasing info, that suggests that they do NOT know what those flying whatevers in the sky are...which suggests flying saucers...or, UFO's...which the Horse says, makes sense...look at the sky at night...don't you think that somewhere out there, there just has to be life...and much more advanced than us?...call me Crazy...Horse...
